I have a son on the BSHS 3rds team, I’ve seen a mountain of a bloke on Instagram that goes by “pit bull” he’s a BBC boy and it looks like he played 3rds last year. I’m worried for my sons safety and just wanted to see if anyone knows if he’s playing 3rds against this year.

I have previously mentioned Lucas Clifford or "pit bull" on this forum. He is leading in pilfers for the 3rds and is definately a player to keep an eye out for.

Surprised he isn’t playing firsts. His scrum technique looks very solid. Would be a good challenge next week for elijah sau at BSHS

Surprised he isn’t playing firsts. His scrum technique looks very solid. Would be a good challenge next week for elijah sau at BSHS

Trusted sources says his leg power was similar to a baby rhino, so i will not be surprised if he does not loose a scrum this season.

I'd say it would be a good idea to book an appointment with your trusted physio in advance.

Your son should be fine mate…. If he is in the thirds he is in there for a reason..

I wouldn't underestimate the players in the thirds mate. A lot of the players in there are battlers ready to leave it all on the field.

jack howard is one to watch at halfback, he's agile and swift. promising young future. he knows how to get stuck in

Always love the 3rds competition, really is the pinnacle of schoolboy spirit and culture. just a load of fellas playing with their mates.

On that note, no one in particular but my sons 3rd XV state high team are looking quite prepared for a strong season. Will be intresting to see how they go up against tgs tommorow.

@Wing whisperer are you still keeping looks on 3rds winger Angus Hall?

During the first couple games in preseason he was performing well, however, word is that his work ethic has gone downhill in training affecting his chance to be chosen in the starting line-up against Downlands this weekend.

I’ve heard about this buckman bloke as well, apparently just a loose unit of a bloke that puts in some hard tackles.

these sprinklers are getting out of hand. my son told me last year that you Nudgee fellas love donuts, don’t understand the inside joke going on there but sounds odd. Also i doubt Nudgee have any players that can contain that mountain of a man.
