Whats the go on C.Clarke and N.Cottee? Knox are strong enough as is, but with those two back in the frame..goodluck to anyone else.
2nd's competition is already shaping up to be more enticing than the predictable 1's....the question is which school has the depth?
cranbrook 2s are a solid side, poor against knox but should have gotten away with a 10-3 win against trinity, but their management staff would not let them be beaten by cranbrook and put on 4 fresh sets of legs with ten minutes to go. However after a much needed meeting between their sports masters they agreed to play by the rules and swore never to put 16 As players on again (especially in the last few minutes)
So did Trinity lose their points for cheating?

Not in the spirit of the game to put 16s on when they are only allowed on in 1st XV... But at the end of the day there isn't actually an official premiership competition for the 2nd XV so who cares.
nope, but they will now be watched more closely now and have said they will never do it again
the 15 boys who train hard every week
who is rogers anyway. No one has seen him play.Waverley 25 - 0 Knox
Talakai, Ingam-Melson, Rogers, Nicholson all out great show by the boys at QP1.

knox won't beat trinity their backs are too slowJeez... Having seen Waverley play and know how much they rely on the blokes listed above that is a great effort by them. Did they play that well or were Knox that bad? That win by Waverley will throw the comp wide open if Knox can beat Trinity.
standout players for 2s was the cranbrook 11, who scored 2 tries with his great lines and good speedCranbrook vs Aloys:
1st XV: 27-20 to Aloys
2nd XV: 24-12 to Cranbrook
Both well fought games
