I'd back a Hell XV over a Heaven XV any day, even with Jesus at 10 and Folau at 15 for the Heaven side.

So---

A gay 15, Quentin Crisp at 10, Stephen Fry LHP. Doesn't bother the straight 15 much until we notice Aleister Crowley at 15. End of. Gays win.

I actually had a bit of a smile as Izzy obviously thinks I am going to hell too, and I suspect an awful lot of us, as the Corinthian's or whatever he quoted also says fornicators, drunkards ,adulterers are all headed the same way. I have no problem admitting I have been a fornicator and have not repented;) ! Perhaps have been drunk a fair few times too, so guess I am in Izzy's world destined for hell!!
Guess I won't have to put up with god botherers like him down there:p

Well it is a highway to hell........

This is a great segway point to get off Israel Folau and talk about how in general Americans don't appreciate good coffee. Can never get a good flat-white on the other side of the Pacific. Zombies que at Starbucks to be served Long Black which they add their own cream.. It's maddening.
Go to Portland.

Only place I know in the US with good coffee

Nah, it's definitely not the only one......... as I said earlier - LA, SF, NYC (especially) all have a tonne of good coffee places, and have so for a long time now............

Most of the world's big cities have caught up with the whole Aus/Kiwi coffee culture.

Those comments show to me how much better connected the NZ rugby stars are to their communities and the real world.
My only concern is you’ll probably win the Bingham cup too.
While I applaude Perenara, I think that’s stretching it a bit far. Wasn’t that long ago that the Chiefs were in a mountain of trouble after a big night out.

A big night out is a bit different to what we're talking about.
We're none of us angels - if we were we wouldn't need a hell full of drunk fornicators, aka drunk fuckers, or other internally inconsistent belief systems

I don't agree at all. TJ and co are only jumping up and down when it suits them. Hell, TJ's own girlfriend was bashed by a fellow player and he didn't raise his voice then http://www.nzherald.co.nz/sport/news/article.cfm?c_id=4&objectid=11723146

I feel some people have lost some perspective in this whole shit-show. Israel fell back on a religious interpretation of a book that has been in existence for thousands of years. It's not new or unknown that some people follow religious text's to the letter. Whether you agree with the book, the interpretation of it is entirely up to you. If people were truly this outraged, they'd direct this anger at the faith's leaders asking them to clarify the interpretation.

The problem I have with the social media warriors like TJ and Brad Weber is, they appear opportunistic. Brad doesn't seem concerned that his aunt/wife/sister have probably a higher chance of being injured by his team mates than some people saying they'll go to hell for sleeping with one another.

Feel like the All-Time Criminal XV could be a good reference point for the Hell XV as well.

Couple of points for you Ig, it wasn't his girlfriend involved, was girlfriends sister, and turns out she wasn't bashed at all. Was involved with a yelling match but the women weren't bashed, was a bit of liberal reporting by paper. And the players did come down on the player, and he got his contract torn up.
But I'm not sure you actually understand what TJ is trying to say, that he wants young people to be ok with who they are, and not let other people's judgements affect them.

So in 2000 years relying on the preachings of yossarian in catch 22 will be ok. Pity I won’t be here.
