I could eat Sushi (salmon sashimi) and Chicken Katzu Curry Don all day and never get sick of it.
The best japanese food is the stuff they dont fuck with. Raw fish or bits of uncooked meat you cook yourself.

Acknowledging its terrible for you a bowl of ramen does go hard though. Worth the subsequent suffering IMO.

Japanese Food

People wank on and on and on about how awesome Japanese food is.

I'm not fucken having it.

Most of it is deeply unhealthy and often just flat-out fucken revolting.
Gee, did some random Itame run off with your missus or something? Good rant though

This blows.

I know he's in Canberra now but has he been made aware of where Exeter is... Picturesue but fuck all else. Coming 2nd last in the prem as well... Must of been a real nice offer from another broke Rugby Club.

Soooo, let me get this straight... RA's message is that Aussie Super Rugby teams need to win the competition to get more eyeballs on the game, BUT it's OK letting a bunch of Wallaby starters go overseas, which will weaken the Super Rugby teams they need to win... Am I missing something here?

I'd be surprised if we have that money now, and throwing 1% plus of it at a single player, before those events have taken place may not be the smartest use of it?

It's an aside, but rugby has long positioned itself as a global game where there are opportunities to play all over the world, so without this type of creative contracting we'll continue to permanently lose players.

Surely the lessons from last time is that we need to use once in 12 year and once in 24 year financial windfalls more conservatively because they are such rare events.

Ikitau is going overseas for nine months to make a chunk of money that we don't have to pay.

Sabbaticals for key players should continue to be a preferred contracting option to allow players to get the financial reward they are capable of without it all being paid by Australian rugby.

They currently have a loan facility of $80m, which must be most of the way used up and are being sued for $30m by the Rebels directors. The Lions tour pays for that, and the WC money in 2027 pays for all the forecast annual losses for the next 10 years based on a $42m broadcast deal
