I'd like AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) to run the with the ball in both hands every so often so the defence at least contemplates the (unlikely) possibility that he may pass it.

Thought mccabe had a good return. He'll cop it on here for not being a swiss army knife 2nd 5 type player but he crosses the gain line and right now there aren't enough positives to go pissing away one of the few because he's too "one-dimensional"

Lads, its pointless bagging the players.

They clearly have no faith in, or no fucking idea what Deans is talking about. I dont think anyone ese does either. I'm sick of his bullshit interviews and çrp on for 15mins without actually saying anything" interviews, and the style of play my beloved Wallaby team are playing .

Enough is enough, he's gotta go. There is no point bagging players or judging their character until we have a coach who can get the best out of them all.

Intercepts and charge downs are just not acceptable. I can forgive forward passes and knock ons and even the plethora of missed tackles. Intercepts and charge downs are things that cost you matches as we nearly saw, simple as that.

They didn't cost you the game tonight though, so obviously they don't always cost matches.

Carter has been charged down and both he and Nonu have thrown intercepts (mainly in Bok games) that the ABs have eventually won.

Cooper reminded me of Campese tonight. When Campo was bad he was really really bad, but could have the one or two big runs to help the side. Cooper's first half was bad but the intent was there I thought - standing flat, taking the ball to the line, less kicking, looking for angled runners- but the execution sucked. He improved though.

Overall it was a struggle to watch as was the ABs v Boks test. The stop start nature and messiness were big contributors.

Douglas made the most of his opportunity and well done to him on his debut. Reminded me of a young Rod McCall out there, tape and all. Good luck to him.

So, we're bagging his forward pass.

However, why would he pass it forward, unless whoever was in front of him was too retarded to get into fucking position?

The forward passes were either dropped by Barnes who was reaching out in front of himself or caught by Argentinians.

Agree. Phipps is toilet. I don't like the indecision at the back of the rucks. The pick and swivel and blind passes to the other side of the ruck because he can't read the game causes a few problems...it is slow service, telegraphs the next play, allows the defence 2 metres to smash our runners behind the advantage line, potentially allows intercepts and is a 4 lane highway to the coaching bow that he can't read the play or have an instinct for where the play should go. His service to Cooper was ordinary. He was late to rucks and Cooper had to go in and play halfback. Another Robbie Deans mystery.

I noticed Cooper going into 9 a few times and I couldn't work out what was going on. To be honest I think the shed has lost Deans, The confusion over Cooper/Beale at the end is pretty evident of that.

Bieber has twinged his hamstring injury again. It really is getting quite chronic.

Here is a left field option.....if Shipperly is out, why not look at Chris F'Sautia? It's not like we can win the thing anymore. Might as well blood another winger, as I have serious reservations of Drew Mitchell ever being able to get back to his 2011 Super Rugby form.

I got laughed at and called a muppet on these forums because I questioned the wisdom of bringing back Mitchell to early last time... Lets see if the same mistake is made again...

Mitchell wasn't brought back early, he had played several games of rugby before he started that Test.

There is a lightning fast kid playin for Uni Norths in the under 14's in Canberra.

Why don't we blood him as well? Lets just pick that whole team, they did reasonably well, and are obviously the future.

What are you talking about, his test form in 2010 was amazing. He was awesome in SuperRugby 2011 too, but had a freak accident.

IF anything he was finally fulfilling his promise.

He should've spent more time in club land. He was overweight and not ready for test rugby, and had a history of re-accuring injuries. With a talent like him I would rather wait than gamble.
