Cyclo it normally has two straps but some are known to have four. I am sure LN willexcercise some influence and make sure the waitresses removed theirs by the time we arrive :)

Well as part of this place old age home I am sadden not to see you lot making a effort to get Oom Biffo and Oom Lee Grant at this lovely gathering. One of them needs to be there to keep a eye over you young snuiters drinking habit and taking responsability of your lot. Get a cab to go fetch one of them.

Excellent, one of my suppliers is taking me out to lunch that day. I will attempt to stagger along to the Lord Nelson afterwards.

Lord Nelson at The Rocks booked for a 6:00pm Christmas get-together on Tuesday, 22 December. We can eat either at the bar or in the first floor brasserie.

Could those intending to attend please post their acceptances.

naza, you're off the piss for the preceding weekend. No excuses, son.

waratahjesus, spend the time after 15 December lying down in preparation.

Any interstate/international visitors? The LN's well worth a visit, very old pub, great bar, good food and they brew their own beer. If you find their brews a bit chewy Cooper's, both red and greeen, are on tap. Their stout, called Nelson's Blood, is one of God's gift to mankind.

Remember the LN well;was with a group of Force fans staying a couple of nights at the rocks for R&R after travelling to Canberra for the Force v brumbies match.Have fun gentlemen & be nice to Nazza,he hasn't many friends

Count me in..
Make sure I've bought a return ticket and throw me on a train going north. The memories of 10 years ago should take care of the rest.

You got that I am in?
I hope I wasn't being too obtuse before.
I may be a little bit late - 6.30-7.00 probably...earlier engagement! ;)
But I will make it this time.

Confirmed with the boss.

Said she:
You're having drinks with those internet rugby people again?

Loser.

That's about as supportive as it gets.

At least yours had an entertainment factor, unlike my "Do you really need to?"

So, here's the thing.
I managed to kinda, sorta break my big toe today playing soccer in the park with a few others at a picnic (there may have been beverage consumption first).
Can I still come if I have to sit with my foot up on a stool? Or is it possible to get a bar wench at the LN to cradle my swollen foot all night? Or will you guys just give me so much shit that it aint worth the hassle? :lmao:
