    Wallabies v Wales, 6 July

What @young gun said. It was 9th v 10th in the world and the Wallabies are on the nose thanks to 2023. Matildas get a crowd like that v their nearest rival Norway (ie 11th v 12th) it makes the front page of the paper and they get a ticker tape parade if they win. Hopefully the result and...

I doubt it, the difference in the scrum was noticeable when Tupou went off. It’s a luxury to have 2 close to world class THPs and their roles are just as important whether they start or finish. Tupou’s role is to assert early scrum dominance and physicality in general play, whereas AAA's is...

I’m sure he’d be better, that’s the point. The other option is Joey Walton. Edit: i forgot about Hamish Stewart. Give him a run.

What are the thoughts on playing Ikitau at 12 next week? Pending fitness of course.

Has to be 15+ to get the maximum spread but we have at least jumped Italy into 8th

Lots of rust expectedly. There are a few that will get subbed out next week to explore other options, but the core was good I thought.

Joe Schmidt Mr 100%. There’s also 7 players out there who have never lost a test match.

Well if you are only going to do one thing all game that’s not a bad one

Lots of rust. The welsh halfback is so slow. The loosies should be all over him but I think there is a directive not to give away penalties.

International Matches in Winter not involving Oz, NZ and SA

This afternoon I’m pretty sure. Edit: sorry you are correct, it was 2am (Not pm as I thought).

    Waratahs 2025

Its quite bizarre (embarrassing?) really - of all the possible ways they could promote the appointment they come up with this.

Club land is a fair bit down in intensity on Super rugby. I'd say it's to keep him fit without burning him out, he'll probably get a run next week. 2nd row was the one area in the presser where Schmidt specifically identified we will see various combinations tried out.

See if you can find any restricted view tickets. The last ones I got were in the platinum section and the restricted viewing was that the edge of the handrail meant you couldn’t see part of the dead ball area.

    Aussie Player Exodus

Yes definitely could happen that way around as well. It certainly feels like they are having a bit of a purge, i.e. let all the uncommitted players go and start with a clean slate. It will be interesting to see what the foreign player policy is going forward, my gut feel is they will stick to...

Not getting selected might have had a bit to do with it.

Seems the players got to nominate what club they are linked with as there is a lot of inconsistency, some went with their origin club, others with their current one. I'm pretty sure Pietsch isn't running around for the Leeton Phantoms.
