Pretty lazy from Stan, to mix up Will Harris and Will Harrison

That wouldn't suggest BPA is going to be well paid in France. Surprised they are consistently valued so poorly.

Agreed. Maddocks looked well suited to playing the last couple of tests particularly with Hodge at 10 and Paisami at 12. The option of a ball player at 15 would have IMO helped unlock the rest of the backline. So hard to see why he wasn't given an opportunity. I would be keen to see Wright given...

    Wallabies 2020

Our backs have been quite effective throughout the tri-nations in making metres according to these stats. https://super.rugby/therugbychampionship/news/best-with-ball-in-hand/

    Australia v Argentina - 21 November, Newcastle

With the signing of Vunivalu and hopefully the continued development and rise of Ramm, if Daugunu doesn't get the chance to play next test he could have a fight on his hands to remain in the squad moving forward. His main issue is the difference between his best and worst is too great for test...

    Wallabies 2020

They are from foxsports stats. I agree that tackle % doesn’t tell the whole story that’s why I included the try causes stat. If the centre makes a bad defensive decision and the winger subsequently misses a tackle and a try is scored, The winger’s tackle % is hurt but the centre gets hit with...

    Wallabies 2020

He definitely isn't the most polished player. His biggest area of concern is his defence and then errors. He tackle % is only 67%. Add to that the 14 try causes, 14 Line break causes and 20 errors in 17 games this year and he has some work to do to get to Koro, Wright, Daugunu and Ramm.

    Wallabies 2020

You can probably throw Ramm in there as well. He has developed out of sight and has a fantastic skillset as well. If he keeps developing then can more than comfortably be in the conversation. I'd like to see Wright transition to 15. He could be the most complete, skill set wise of all those in...

Bledisloe #4 New Zealand vs Australia Nov 7 2020

Just had the pleasure of watching the game again. A couple of takeaways for me: The debutantes Swinton - was outstanding until the red card, was best on the field until that point. 34 minutes. His work rate and impact were both exceptional, 5 runs and 7 tackles lead both stats at that point. He...

13 men ...... guess he knew something in the welcome to country when he suggested it would be a good game of rugby league.

Bledisloe #4 New Zealand vs Australia Nov 7 2020

I feel Maddocks is unlucky, was strong against the Argies and with DHP injury could have taken some pressure off Hodge with his ball playing ability.

Bledisloe #4 New Zealand vs Australia Nov 7 2020

Hoping that JOC (James O'Connor) is good to go and LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) injury isnt too bad. Hopefully we see Hosea get a run either off the bench or with LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) to 6. Maddocks to 15 and Wright to 14.

I remember Cheika once spoke about Maddocks having potential as a 10. Think he would need time in the role at super level but the skills are definitely there. That said, with consistency he is our best 15 going forward. I’d have him there next week.
