    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

128 tackles and missed only 10. Would be amazing if they can keep that up for another 40.

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

Wonder if the breakdown was reffed properly and not letting defenders flop over the ball whether blokes would have to come in like Naisarani and perform heavy clear outs?
  3. Spruce Moose

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

Don't worry they will wait until the last 5 minutes in a close SF to start reffing the break down

Tupou coming on against a tired Georgia gives me something to look forward to.

So pick and go, keep it tight and we score. Not rocket science and took the youngest kid to show us how its done.

Death, taxes and Cheika post match blow up at the refs
  8. Spruce Moose

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

Absolute lottery, no way that was clear full arm penalty for Georgia. Cheika just added another ref to the list.
  9. Spruce Moose

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

76 tackles made by Georgia already, unless they have something special in those water bottles they will fade shortly.
  10. Spruce Moose

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

Believe that is called playing the percentages; not sure thats been part of the Wallabies game plan for a while

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

Yeah kicking a little grubber with a wet ball should be part of the plan. Worst case probably Georgian full back knocks on.
  12. Spruce Moose

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

Hopefully they brought alot from home
  13. Spruce Moose

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

Hopefully the Wallabies aren't going to try and start with playing out wide and passing game in these conditions.

    RWC Week 4 matches

Seems the head of Scottish Rugby has similar feelings to most of us here: https://www.bbc.com/sport/rugby-union/50011693 Dodson argued that rugby supporters around the world "are absolutely astounded at this rigidity from World Rugby" and thinks the match should be played on Monday if it...

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

Always seen him as a gentle giant, he has copped a lot of criticism over the years so well done to keeping his head up and making 100. I agree he has always improved our line out when he plays. He must be doing something right as there have been 3 different coaches since he started and he has...

What about a MMA fight between Haskell and a French Representative (Chaball?) to decide the points?

    RWC Week 4 matches

I guess there is a plan for the knock out rounds, so why not have a plan for games that are consequential for knock out rounds? Thats the part I don't get, they surely can't have a QF ending with 0-0 draw.

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

Yeah confirmed now, both carrying niggles that apparently won't affect them in the QF. Perhaps the result of Wales Fiji plus Typhoons has changed the selectors mind about winning with a BP to try and top the pool.

    Refereeing decisions

It will be because he just gave Wales a YC a few minutes before for cynical play and didn't want the NH media to chase after him by reducing Wales to 13 and costing them the game. The law book still says a ''A player guilty of this must be cautioned and temporarily suspended or sent off.'' I...
