New Zealand vs Australia Oct 11 2020 Bledisloe Cup

Impressive with your patience there, BH! so all in all discipline is the biggest issue and an improvement of 50% could considerably more than than just an incremental improvement. Fingers crossed. :)

    Western Force 2021

Given the recent few years of history it seems to me that the Force recruitment has been fabulous. As the historical issues wain that recruitment strategy strengthens. There have been problems pretty much not of their own making. For things under their own control 10/10.

Rugby Championship in an Aussie bubble?

I hope so. Mate, some of the noise here has been quite unedifying as an Aussie. Hopefully noise does not equate to the norm. Let’s see the Boks here giving it a top crack.

Bledisloe 2 at Eden Park 18/10/20

Those stats are world class? I’m not calling for him to be dropped, but really?

    Western Force 2021

So why would Twiggy pay a high price for this. Ball is in his court, not NZ. [nor Aus] Forrest is a lot of things though I‘m comfortable that “commercial nincompoop” is not on the list.

    Where to for Super Rugby?

It’s possible of course that Brumbies and Reds are the two teams that NZRZU wanted. Works for us? Nup.

    Wallabies 2020

Not really. It’s a kind of “gold” yellow.

Rugby Championship in an Aussie bubble?

Believe me I understand the mist that descends when Dan says, well anything. Still there are orders of magnitude difference between being turfed out of an ongoing competition and having problems getting a rep team for a comp on one occasion.

    2020 crowds and ratings

I would prefer to watch the commentary on 10, but this time I watched through Kayo for various reasons.

Culture is an interesting word here. The jersey is not yellow it is gold.

Rugby Championship in an Aussie bubble?

Like comparing a sprint horse with a Bugatti. RSA economy leads to a hugely larger problem for retention of pro rugby players c/f Aus. Selection criteria between the two Nations are completely different. If we had just achieved #1 ranking then asked to front with structural problems that...

    Western Force 2021

Why would Twiggy not expect the same proportion of income as every other team?

Bledisloe 2 at Eden Park 18/10/20

Tex, we don’t get “spared” anymore than the players. Some of us think statement around Simmons have been OTT.

    Wallabies 2020

    Hopefully someone had a word.

Bledisloe 2 at Eden Park 18/10/20

More of the same? We probably all are expecting a rejuvenated All Blacks for Bled’ 2 2020. They have time to revisit Wallaby systems, strengths and weaknesses. And they should either alter selections for something more consistent to Super Ao positions OR to work the cracks that were seen from...

New Zealand vs Australia Oct 11 2020 Bledisloe Cup

We should probably keep an open mind. https://www.nzherald.co.nz/sport/bledisloe-cup-rugby-all-blacks-richie-mounga-takes-late-hits-on-the-chin/WSZI7FIKDBTZFBXVF4XZWJWIIU/#Echobox=1602473874 Clearly when you take 1 specific from a game and put the microscope to it things are apt to being out...

Rugby Championship in an Aussie bubble?

South Africa is massively different to Aus. And NZ. Their ability to cope With and implementation of COVID practices are a different place. Their risk and exposure are chalk to our cheese. The culture and governmental strengths are a world apart to Aus. And ANY rugby issue becomes political...
