Heard he retired due to re-occurring injury on his foot.

AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) made a nice break on the weekend with Cummins on his outside but he fired the final pass way to early before drawing in the fullback. Consequently Cummins was pulled down just before the line. Luckily we scored a few phases after. So whilst I agree he is a capable passer and a team player, I...

I think there is much more to see from the French. They lacked the fundamentals and looked pretty lost all over. A lot of that is probably from spending such little time together so the more time they have together the better they are going to be. They made some plays early on and some put in...

Are you joking Barbarian? Moore was on the field for about 10mins of game play. It's hard to judge a Captain over one game let alone 10mins.

Crazy that Slipper already has 49 caps at such a young age, especially being a prop where his best years are still ahead of him.

    Wallabies v France 1st test - Suncorp 7 June

Would be great to win the first 2, and then link could start a few débutantes in the third like Jones, Skelton, and also bring back Genia and try get him back to form etc.

Genia needs to be on the bench. He needs to be sent a message that a whole season (bar one) of poor performances is not going to be rewarded. If he performs off the bench then he can takes White's spot but until then White deserves to start.

    Wallabies v France 1st test - Suncorp 7 June

Yes, Moore as Captain is beginning to make a lot of sense in that regard. I just hope his game management skills are capable.

Not necessarily a bad thing. Hooper will most likely be VC and be on the field for 80mins. It would be good for him to take over in the last 20 minutes. Will be great for his long-term development in a leadership role without giving him the burden of full-time Captain.

2 games left before the Tests. 2 Blinders by Lilo means he's back in.

Ok. Good point, I guess i jumped the gun in saying he wouldn't be an option. BUT the difference is we consider To'omua at 12 as the first option even though he has played nearly his entire career at 10. Whereas the Kiwi's would probably look at To'omua as a 10 firstly and a 12 second. I...

Thought Cruden was injured. I would put a fit Cruden ahead of To'omua too. But you would have to say To'omua would be in contention for 10, fighting it out with Barrett (who is also very good) but I doubt he would even be considered an option at 12 if he were a kiwi.

I guess the problem with To'omua is he is currently the best 10 and 12 options we have. Clone him? An interesting thought. I actually think if he was a Kiwi he'd probably start at 10 this year for the All Blacks, but I don't see him starting at 12. 10. To'omua 12. Nonu is a scarey thought. But...

Agreed, 2 years ago I always thought he was a weak-link in the pack. I would cringe at every scrum he took. He's always been good around the park and now he has greatly benefited from the new engagement laws. Scrum no longer an issue.

    Brumbies v Rebels, Round 16 2014

To be fair on Fotu he is only recently returning from injury. I expect him to be improving every game. By the end of season, come finals time, I expect him to be back to his destructive best.

They both has all round games but Carter is more of an attacking fly-half and To'omua is much more of a defensive one. Carter has a decent step and running game. To'omua's attack is much more one dimensional. Both are good defenders but Carter is far from aggressive, whereas To'omua puts on big hit...

Actually we do have a player like that. Lealifano. Too bad his form is in the slumps.

    Brumbies v Rebels, Round 16 2014

Gee I'd rather McCabe on the wing and Mogg at fullback. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I would have thought defending at fullback would be a lot less demanding physically, as most tackles are cover tackles. Whereas if your defending on the wing your defending in the line and their is much more...
