Wallabies v Pumas, GIO Stadium, Canberra, Sat 16th September

That's unbelievable for mine. Textbook obstruction by a guy who's offside!

    The Rugby Championship 2017

How many restarts have South Africa won? I started watching a bit after half time and I don't think I've seen them get the ball from a scrum, lineout or kickoff

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Things aren't equal - there's a very large demand for players from overseas, and the NRL player payments are going up too. What increases is the ARU's supply of money to meet the demand for competitive professional players - or at least the supply isn't likely to decrease (paycuts!) with the...

    Where to for Twiggy Rugby?

The ARU grants around $5.7m to each Super Rugby team each year - it's really each team's share of the broadcast rights. http://www.theaustralian.com.au/sport/rugby-union/aru-funds-rebels-private-owner-to-keep-expansion-club-afloat/news-story/86d59b6d4a5b7b4663878ea7af458305 The broadcasters...

Wallabies v Pumas, GIO Stadium, Canberra, Sat 16th September

Simmons came back into the team for the Argie game last year after a bit of time in the NRC. This must be his 17th or 18th comeback Sent from my D5833 using Tapatalk

    Where to for Twiggy Rugby?

How likely is this for timing? This comp is 6 teams home and away (+ 2 weeks of finals?) Is it not? So probably need 14 weeks - with a couple of byes in there. The new international window now ends third week of July and restarts first week of November. 14 weeks between the two windows...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Just for a bit of perspective, the AFL have spent $120m on GWS alone in the 6 years they have been in the comp Sent from my D5833 using Tapatalk

    Where to for Twiggy Rugby?

I don't think they'll have any trouble attracting a lot of good players to this competition, especially to the Perth team. The Perth team will be very good, I have no doubt I think it will be very hard to get enough players to make 5 other competative teams while being played at the same time...

    Where to for Twiggy Rugby?

Its being played in the TRC/EoYT window so I wouldn't think anyone in the wallaby squad would be available to actually play Sent from my D5833 using Tapatalk

    Where to for Twiggy Rugby?

All looks promising - the WA team will obviously be able to put out a pretty good team, at this stage it's the quality of the opposition that's going to need a lot of work Sent from my D5833 using Tapatalk

http://www.aru.com.au/Portals/33/Policy%20Register/Inclusive%20Environments/ARU%20Inclusion%20Policy_2014.pdf I'd say that the ARU see this stance as being fully in support of their Inclusion policy and as such it is the organisation position. Anyone saying politics and sport don't mix...

Late in the game the South Africans were all getting around their red headed loose head, especially for that scrum under the posts which put them ahead. Don't think we got any good vision of that side of the scrum during the telecast though. There was an overhead shot but it came too late to...

    Where to for Twiggy Rugby?

Now of course pay does not equal quality, but if he's going to be trying to attract players at a premiership standard the current salary cap is 7million gbp or around $11.5m aud per team Sent from my D5833 using Tapatalk
