Well, considering that they are running the NRC without the extra Buildcorp sponsorship I reckon that they could have used that to fund it. It wouldn't be professional but it would be a start.

Something I haven't been able to understand re: a women's NRC is why they don't just use the current women's structures that already exist. Seems pretty simple to me.

I get the impression that it's an unofficial competition played between the NSW based NRC teams.
