Boks seem to lack fitness for rugby. That whole turning rugby into NFL thing changes their fitness to something else. But the bench doesn't last either, or ours is better.

nah, Hodge was good. Dropped a couple of perfectly located Flaff boxes into WB traffic. Easy to suggest someone not on the field would have done better. Hodge should be given as much of a chance as Banks was - and Banks might not be coming back quickly.
