Force vs Rebels Rnd 13 Super Rugby 2012

Are the Rebels succeeding at the moment? Compared to the Force now they are, but the Force in our second year were succeeding in comparison to the Reds and the Tahs. That is far from the case now. The Force were ahead in their second year of where the Rebels are now in your second year. We had...

    Higgers to the Rebels

I thought the whole point of negotiating contracts midway through the season was because that lines up with UK and French contracting for the next NH season and not because that is when the ARU decides to do it. Players and managers want to do it then so that they can use that as a bargaining...

    Hurricanes v Brumbies, Super Rugby R13 2012

Yeah the Force really fucked up there.

    Higgers to the Rebels

The Rebels are only doing to the Reds what the Reds did to the Perth Numbats under 7s team. Those bloody Reds ripped the heart out of the Numbats when they poached Higginbotham. Bastards.

    S15: Australia dont have depth

He was copying the team. Waving a white flag :)

    S15: Australia dont have depth

Force and Rebels > Lions and Cheetahs.

    Brumbies 2012

I would love to see Louden at the Force. The Force are really struggling as an organisation, particularly with recruitment. We need an innovative reformer to take over at coach. I just hope Force management don't fuck things up and appoint someone stupid. Like Chris Hickey.

    Reds 2013

That fully sucks. You've got a very good player who the fans love and who presumably wants to stay but the ARU won't let him. Who cares about the 2 year rule. We don't have great depth at the moment and we still have four other starting 8s and a handful of very good options serving as back ups.

Force vs Rebels Rnd 13 Super Rugby 2012

I wouldn't be so confident. No team is more vulnerable as they are after an epic win. I would expect (hope) the Force come out with a point to prove after the Sharks game.

    Reds 2013

The only way I see Quade staying for love is if Suncorp is renamed Stade de Quade, the team is renamed the Queenslands Coopers and Ewen McKenzie changes his name to the Quadester.

    Force v Sharks

I'm betting on a draw. There haven't been any draws this year. I don't care. I just hope someone knocks Jannie du Plessis' block off.

    Force v Sharks

Force are due a good game.

Reds vs Crusaders Super Rugby Rd11 2012

I think so. The JWC is a good chance for him to develop leadership skills. He will also be playing against his future opposition. It would be a good chance to get to know some of them. Better that then not making match day 22s for the Wallabies for 3 weeks.

    Waratahs 2012

Yes. I would love to see AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) get two or three games at 12 to see how he goes. He was sensational at 12 in that Barbarians match. I think he offers a lot more than McCabe does.

    McLoitering

Tatafu Polota-Nuke? Ask Shane Williams for the definition of that one.

Reds vs Crusaders Super Rugby Rd11 2012

Michael Hooper and Liam Gill are hard to separate at the moment. Since only Gill is eligible for the U20s you'd have to have him there and Hooper with the Wallabies. Otherwise Matt Hodgson and Beau Robinson are options. They are more physically developed and there is no need to rush the youngins.

Quade Cooper; where does he go, what does he do?

I absolutely agree IF the ARU puts exactly the same funding into each Super Rugby state for academies, local competitions, etc etc. Now this is the point that the Queenslanders and NSWelshmen will argue that their states should get more money because they produce more players and have bigger local...

    Western Force 2013

Consecutive months immediately preceding the time of playing. His time in Canterbury has buggered that.

    Western Force 2013

Yeah it can happen. I think Swanepoel has both NZ and SA citizenship and would have to give one up for Australian citizenship. Despite living in Australia for a good 4 or 5 years you have to do 3 years of consecutive residency to the point of selection to get qualification to play. It's a shame...

    Western Force 2013

I am quite certain that this article was written before Charles' signature was confirmed. It would be a complete waste of money to hold Charles, Whittaker and Hanson. Hanson would be better off with the Reds or the Rebels. I'd lean towards the Rebels as that way everyone has a good starting...
