Damn McKenzie is a good player.

    Aussie Player Exodus

I remember his stint their when we had the flyhalf injury crisis. Thought he did very well for a rookie. I was excited for him on his move to the Force thinking he would get more game time - didn't happen though. Hopefully he comes back in a few years and adds to our flyhalf depth.

    The Rugby Championship 2016

If I had to bet I'd say that prediction is correct. But I like to hope that some good form by Lilo at 10 and/or To'omua will force their way into the starting squad. I liked the look of Lilo last game, he is getting better each game after a slow season. His pace is coming back too.

What is that comment reffering too? Did Larkham say that? In what context?

    The Rugby Championship 2016

You know I never thought only 2 games of super xv would hold a lot of merit in test selections - but i'd say for guys like Lilo, To'omua, Foley, and Phipps these last couple of games could have a lot of impact on their chances to start this RC. I don't think Foley & Phipps are the clear...

    The Rugby Championship 2016

I think To'omua is more then fine. In comparison to other available options and their current form, starting him could very well be the best option to win a Bledisloe. If you look at his past performances against the All Blacks, a couple average starts, but some very good cameos from the bench...

    The Rugby Championship 2016

To be fair To'omua wasn't picked out of position when he played there last for the wallabies. He was the regular 10 at the Brumbies back then. Plus he was dropped because he was pretty average - he basically just shuffled the ball along. He has come leaps and bounds as a player since then, I'd...

    The Rugby Championship 2016

Given exit strategies from our own half was one of our biggest weaknesses and Gits is the best player we have to fix that., then he might edge To'omua out. Having a left foot kicker in the pocket next to Foley worked very well in the RWC. To'omua didn't solve our kicking issues in game 3. Gits...

    Western Force 2017

Canberra's poor crowds are probably a reflection of a poor stadium and poor weather. I think we'll see larger crowds once the proposed indoor CBD stadium is built. So in comparison with the Force, I don't think it reflects poor interest in rugby union, I think their is a lot of interest in...

It's not announced as something new, it's announced as being confirmed. Previously it was just speculation.

To'omua or Gits is going to be a hard one. I feel To'omua is better in every aspect over Gits apart from one - Kicking, Git's left boot is very handy next to Foley and will probably be enough to see him start over To'omua.

    The Rugby Championship 2016

There was some nice glimpses of form from Arnold and Coleman, they just need to work up some consistency. I wouldn't mind seeing them start. Douglas is too fresh from injury IMO. I'd rather he is eased back from the bench. I'd like to see during the EOYT but I think the RC is way too soon...

Nigel Ah Wong and Dargeville have really stepped up, so I'm not too worried about Tomane's absence anymore

Annoying To'omua, and Tomane are leaving whilst they seem to be peaking in form. Probably goes for Beale, Higgers and many others too. Certainly don't blame them for leaving but just wish they left earlier or later in their career not when they are playing their best rugby. Seems to be a...

Ruan Smith confirmed leaving the Brumbies? He was just starting to hit some good form :(

Brumbies vs Reds, Friday 1st of July, GIO Stadium Canberra

Not that much game-time to make a real assessment. Had a couple of average runs, not the bullocking damaging runner I think people believe him to be, he really likes to wriggle around in contact though, which seems pretty effective but not exactly running over the top of people. From that...
