Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Foley absolutely smokes Lilo's running game though.

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Is no-one going to mention the fact we only have 2 genuine jumpers in the line-out. We can expect to win zero opposition ball with this set-up and have extra pressure put on ours.

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Yes I thought Carter would have got the nod over Simmons. but both lack impact so that's fair enough. Yes we only have 2 specialist jumpers in Simmon and Fardy. I expect our line-out to go to shit. Crazy to start Skelton, I hope he scrum well enough too. Let's hope he is destructive...

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Same with DHP's work under the high ball. Missed 2 high balls, let one bounce. Not sure why people are still saying he is solid under the high ball.

    But necessary given performance. IMO.

To be fair, Kerevi doesn't balance out the backline with BOTH Foley and Kuridrani. So it's both their faults ;) I never mentioned Horne.

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

True fat prop. So we just need a 10 who can do most of the playmaking and a 13 who can share some of the load. 10. Cooper 12. Kerevi 13. Hunt/Godwin Hypothetical of coarse. But I like that balance.

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

But we did unlock the England defense in the first Test. The second was an absolute fail - but in the second Kerevi was the standout. I agree he most likely would not have been picked if it wasn't for injury but he was picked - and he did very well - better than I expected. The double...

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Kerevi was threatening. Bar Folau he was the most threatening player on the team. Made plenty of ground and plenty of half breaks. The fact is Foley NEEDS a second playmaker so we can't accommodate a 12 that isn't an out-and-out distributor and kicker. Jamie Roberts, Manu Tuliga, to lesser...

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

I thought Kerevi's distribution was fine though, and it will only get better. I think kicking was the main issue.

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Front Row: yeah alright, Moore is Captain I suppose can't really drop him Locks: Yeah alright they all suck why not try something new Backrow: Fardy, Hooper - yeh alright, McMahon - WTF. Halves: Getting another shot, I can live with that Centre pairing - Great to see To'omua back but hard to see...

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

It annoys me that our greatest prospect at 12 is being "rested" to accommodate Foley's lack of kicking ability.

Because the Brumbies attack has been so great this year...

Wallabies v England in Melbourne, 18 June

Yeah I think your right. Maybe they take into account kick returns and the advantage line begins where they catch the ball. But that's probably an over-complicated system. The case of negative numbers must only come from players getting pushed back in the tackle and losing ground.

I believe the run metres begin once a player is over the advantage line. So it would indicate a defender is beaten behind the advantage line. It does make sense given the line speed of England. Or they may have made ground in some runs and lost ground in others.

Not much. Probably more of a confidence booster then anything.

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Can't exactly use that as an argument against Carter. He has a number of Test's to his name. He's played solid games against the All Blacks and Springboks already. Even won MOTM, (or player's choice) against the Boks I believe. He's not a veteran but he's not exactly a rookie either. And...

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Why is dropping Simmons ridiculous, given he was dropped for Carter and he performed just as good if not better?

    Phipps ain't there yet either.
