Bledisloe #1 - AUS v NZL, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, August 8th

I am not his biggest fan but....... he has been consistently the best half in Oz for the past couple of years. He had a shocker for sure but he was under enormous pressure and he was most likely under instruction to push the pace. He is without doubt the fastest at clearing the ball. He needs to...

Bledisloe #1 - AUS v NZL, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, August 8th

Izzy had another excellent game in the air and on the ground. Cheika was trying to put him and Beale together at the end to put the game away. Then it came from White.

I think it might be that Skelton is not a top 23 player just yet. With Simmons back I would start him(Simmo) with Horwill and have Mumm on the bench.

Bledisloe #1 - AUS v NZL, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, August 8th

Big build up for this one. Cheika has no doubt instilled a underlying strength in self belief of the Wallabies ability. We may go down in this one but it will be with a lot of fight. That's all you can ask for. If we do go well then it bodes well for the RWC as this is not our best side. If we...

Getting your excuses in early? It's always an A team when we win.........as far as I remember:(

Wont make a difference one would think as the other back row options are not the greatest lineout exponents bar Mumm. I would say we will see Pooper when Skelton comes off. It's a big ask for Horwill to pull an 80 minute shift.

Bledisloe #1 - AUS v NZL, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, August 8th

It's a good looking squad. Palu now has a chance to sew up the number 8 spot, albeit against very tough opposition against whom he has struggled in the past. He will need to be managed very carefully if he is to see out the RWC campaign. Use of the Pooper will help to restrict his amount of game...

In fact the point of Hoopers action was to remove Sanchez from his person so he could continue in the play whereby in the case of Eben he was just trying to retaliate and hurt Horwill. So maybe the latter is more serious yet received no citing.

Maybe, but no different to Hooper reacting to being held back?

I think they probably could have put their heads together and figured that one out. Are they from SA? Maybe not.....

Pumas vs Wallabies, 25th July 2015, Mendoza

It might have been more productive to have had the 2 7's switching starting rolls last week and this to give more balance?

Pumas vs Wallabies, 25th July 2015, Mendoza

With Cooper newly signed to the ARU without a Super contract will he remain eligible? If so they have another year to get him up to 60 caps. Hopefully Foley gets a run this week anyway. Cooper was hot and cold on the weekend again which is a real shame as he had a good opportunity to make the...

Wallabies v. Springboks, 18th July 2015, Suncorp, Brisbane

Horne and AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) made sense but was not going in a new direction. The Genia/Cooper selections were but didn't go so well. I'd like to see Phipps/Foley back this week and most likely Tomane will be on one wing. Sadly Higgers did not take his chance but may have been better with Pocock there instead...

Wallabies v. Springboks, 18th July 2015, Suncorp, Brisbane

I really do not understand the mindset of some posters. Yes we can roll out the same side and structure that has reaped average results at best in recent times or we can change it up, go in a different direction and try and put together a "new" Wallabies side that has the potential to take down...

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

Sykes is nowhere near a Wallaby jersey and seemingly Jones is not much closer right now. Not every pro player will be a Wallaby. I do not see why Douglas would be such a high priority when we have some excellent young locks coming through(including Jones) and keeping in mind he(Douglas) has been...
