Pick your Wallaby team for EOYT

    What about Kimlin? I think he'll partner Horwill full time next year in the tri-nations anyway. My 1st 22 for honkers would be. 1.Robinson 2.Moore 3.Baxter 4.Horwill 5.Mumm 6.MMM 7.Smith 8.Brown 9.Burgess 10.Barnes 11.Tuqiri 12.Giteau 13.Mortlock 14.Hynes 15.AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) Res: 16.TPN...

    So where to from here?

No way the All Blacks start the series with two home games a week off then a match in Sydney followed by a game in Auckland another week off then a game in SA followed by 3 weeks off & a game in Brisbane. Not once did they play 3 weeks in a row Not once did they play back to back away games.

    So where to from here?

Let's not forget that we smashed the Boks 49-0 in brisbane 2006 & nearly every single Springbok that night was part of the RWC 2007. There is no need to hit the panic button, I'm as depressed about the result as any other Aussie but shit happens. I'm not going to be to harsh on TPN as Moore...

Headless Chickens / Disgrace to Australia

I have to agree with Naza about Muggelton. Our defence has been pretty shit this year, we scramble well but under Muggleton we didn't have to scramble. On a bad day the opposition would make about 5 clean line breaks but this year the seem to average about that or more. Even when we beat NZ in...

    Bokke v Wallabies version III

I like it, I'm chuffed that Deans has given Waugh, TPN & MMM a start it's smart coaching to give them some real game time before the big one in Brisbane. He should of rested Tuqiri as well & let Mitchell start on the wing. Will be interesting to see how the scrum goes this weekend.

    Bokke v Wallabies version III

If Giteau does go down then my money will be on Hynes or AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) to fill in. Both have played at inside centre at some stage. Not that either of them will nail it but they're both good defenders, can kick & are dangerous ball runners. I wouldn't be expecting to much 1st phase attacks off the set...

    The Cordingly contribution

I thought Cords had a good game & Sheehan was ok at best. Tahu is a good player & i'm more then happy to see him start at 12 this week in what is basically a dead rubber. Our defence did go to shit when he came on in Durban. Tahu is a good hitter but he got stood up twice once by Steyn & then...

    Western Force 2009

Is James Hilgendorf still with the Force? He goes alright.

    Queensland Reds 2009

I read that also but it comes as no surprise, he'll just take the best contract on offer or at least his manager will. That's professional sport for ya.

    Queensland Reds 2009

I think Mooney should of held out for Moore, I don't think he had made up his mind to leave the Reds until they announced that the Fainga'a twins had been signed. Once Horwill was given the captaincy, Moore looked like he was enjoying his rugby again & was actually playing better than ever...
