I would say that you start with 6. Higgers 7. Hooper 8. Timani and have Fardy on the bench. RHP can be Fardys understudy and get some game time after the Bled tests. If he is ready put him on the bench in the second Bled.

I want to see him too along with Fardy to show him the way. Higgers needs to be there as an 8 I would think. He was a bit meh as well but has a more rounded game than Hanigan. If we have a big tight 6 then Higgers will compliment Hooper well.
