I’m confused. Why was that a penalty against Philip? He can’t take the player down, but neither is he obliged to hold him up. It looked to me the South African player just collapsed under pressure.

Larkham certainly had great vision and instincts when he played. Almost at the same level as Qld Origin playing great and short term coach Wally Lewis.
