I'd eventually like to see a pooled academy in every province. But just have bigger ones in QLD and NSW. If rugby could offer something more to academy players, say a free university degree or set them up with a job, in addition to modest match payments they would earn for playing academy and...

I thought Wayne Smith made some good points in his article.

We should be trying to grow state loyalties, not kill them off. I say let each province have free rein over they players they develop, and only let the other provinces sign them if they are not getting a run. The smaller rugby states have already started to develop their own super rugby...

There has been 6 world cups. The rules this time around are different to what they have been in the past. We need to play our natural game, it has its own strengths and as long as we execute the game plan we can win the world cup.
