Consistency would be nice. On top of Arki’s clean out to the head

    Tonga v A: 16th July 10:00am

As well as having players match fit, if (when?) injuries hit the main squad.

I was being vescicious. I guess that’s why they are still qualifying for next year.

Lose says the bloke on his arse for 5 minutes had had worse at club level and we are scared of contact. Think he might be of Tongan heritage, like he’s commentating a game only his team will see

Australia v England: Match II @ Suncorp 7.55pm AEST, 09/07

To clarify my previous post. Obviously if I’m at the game, anthems, welcomes, war dances get my undivided attention. Just not when I’m watching tv

I think his dad played with Tony Melrose and Andrew Leeds at Parramatta two blues when they were strong in the 80s.

Goddard was pretty good from what I remember. Played Aus 20s with HJH (Harry Johnson-Holmes), ASY (Angus Scott-Young), Liam Wright, Hamish Stewart, Perese, Paisami and probably a few more. Similar style to Gordon, kicks goals. Yes, good signing.

Australia v England: Match III, SCG, Sat 16th July 7.55pm AEST

What Joe Blow said. His basics have never been the issue. His has a more limited skill set than others but generally performs those skills well. In an injury hit team I’m happy to have his reliability and experience to fall back on. If others come along between now and the rwc, so be it. But for...

I meant Hodge. The other guy plays a different sport so not available for tomorrows test.

Australia v England: Match III, SCG, Sat 16th July 7.55pm AEST

Without distracting the thread back to Wednesdays game, he (hodge) does seem to kick it a fair bit higher than anyone else I’ve seen in rugby. So possibly. Edited

He kicks the crap out of the ball. Saw Tahs v Rebels years ago and we were in the upper tier of the brewongle, he put one up and it was almost that high

Wasn’t Slipper a 10 at some stage in juniors? Or am I imagining I heard that?

And Romania took Spains (and possibly Russias) spot to qualify against Uruguay who will also be there.

    Waratahs 2023

Thoroughly agree with Froggy! Why? We have the current Wallaby hooker, 2 very good back ups. We all love a redemption story, but Perese made a few mistakes (off field) at the beginning of his career. He cleaned up his act and has shown remorse. Whereas Latu has been consistently playing up on...

I’m gonna sound unpatriotic here, and I may be missing the point but I literally never: watch anthems, welcome to countries, hakas, pre-game musical acts, talking heads, et al.
