Only one Englishman in that XV too. Maybe both teams were pretty poor?

The ridiculous rumoured ban against a fan for calling Eddie Jones a traitor

The bloke might have also jeopardized his SCG membership (or whoever’s he was there on). Pretty stupid with the ground opening next door very soon. Sure Eddie acted like a deranged hobo to not very much, but what a turd the so called heckler is.

For what it’s worth the Typo-graph reported the security guy in question had already talked to the heckler. And the bloke urinating off the grandstand? Wow, just wow

What rugby needs to do to get back to its roots and entertain customers.

Sure it was amateur days, but watched a replay of the mid-late 80s French tests against the wallabies a few years back. Obviously a massively different game to today’s. But the the lack of puffed out chests and ceremony prior to a set piece was refreshing. Ball went in, ball came out. tight head...

I think they go back to the few clubs in the major comps that are certain of a final position, push players who’ve got their teams into the finals into lower grades and find it too easy against semi-professionals teams that high profile players rarely align with. Pity.

That whole conference before a lineout and being told by the official to get in there is a blight.

I’m pretty sure the ARU would prefer Kerevi stay with the 15s, just as they would’ve preferred him not go to Japan. The rumor is he’s coming back to play domestically, probably part of the deal involves him playing 7s in major tournaments. We can either have a situation like last years EOYT...

A thing I noticed across the two games today, the NH teams seemed to pile in on most breakdowns, the SH were still trying to commit less players to their attacking breakdowns and running somewhat set phases. Whether legal or not, our ball was messy, slow, stolen. The more they pile in, the more...

I agree, our best options with who we have at present may be Wright or Kellaway at fb slotting in from the back to help out in the playmaking. Problem there is, against a team like England, that fullback will out leap those two most times on contested kicks. But those two have a bit more guile...

Australia v England: Match III, SCG, Sat 16th July 7.55pm AEST

I like our approach to the game although Our execution wasn’t quite there. It’s like we brought out a very specific game plan, but didn’t have the time to perfect it. The English made a mess of the breakdown, that’s the way the ref interpreted it, we didn’t adapt well enough. And we weren’t...
