Australia v England: Match III, SCG, Sat 16th July 7.55pm AEST

Agreed, I think Gordon is getting the bench spot in a horses for courses situation. To me Tates a better sniper, whereas Gordon might slightly be better in the nuts and bolts aspects of halfback work, just my opinion. DR might see less opportunity for Tate against the structured/set-piece game...

Never knew that. I was born that year, so my memory of that game is a bit fuzzy. How did he go?

    Fiji v Australia A 1:30pm Saturday 9 July

I think as he emigrated from Fiji halfway through school and went to whatever grade he was in was there when he came over he was too old to play GPS rugby in year 12. But you’re right he could’ve still played colts instead of SS.

I saw a bit of him when he was at Newington, the hype then was he was a mature footballer for his age. I didn’t get that, to me he’d always go the highlight reel plays; the immaculate 3 man cut-out on a 2 man overlap when draw and pass would’ve made the try scorers job a lot easier, the chip and...

Australia v England: Match III, SCG, Sat 16th July 7.55pm AEST

Marky Mark (Nawaqanitawase) could’ve been selected for his aerial skills? Assuming Hodge is selected at 15, Wright can start on the wing and shift to 13, 15 if necessary. Pietsch plays too similar to Koro (we want him playing 80) and would just entice the Poms to kick deep more. Campbell, to me anyways, is a...

    Wallabies 2023

But if he stands 5 metres behind Lolo we still get an extra 15-20 on the kick.

Tariq Sims was sin binned for hitting Reynolds late in tonight’s NRL game.

He wasn’t penalized from memory. Grub act. He wouldn’t get away with that in league, which has a different view on player welfare

And a much smaller man. Genges elbows must’ve had the cloak of invisibility last night, nothing to see in that incident and when his elbow hits the floor first in a scrum, we have collapsed the scrum.

Reckon Philip would do a better job in the TMO box

You’re totally right. For such big, strong men the South African forwards go down for the slightest issue, only to miraculously recover and go back to belting people. It was funny when we kicked it out and the Pom winger acted like he was going to go quick, whereas every man and his dog knew...

Re: drinks breaks We need to bring fatigue into the game, not add an extra stoppage so NH teams can turn the game into gridiron

Hodge don’t seem such a crap option now. Big, strong bloke. Does his job.
