    Wallabies v Japan, Oita - 23 October, 3:45pm AEDT

I disagree here. I think he has a minimum of 2 years of development before he is test ready let alone thriving at test level. Despite being dynamic and mobile at super rugby level I think he was still outmuscled regularly and had there been more NZ and SA teams in the comp this would have been...

    Wallabies 2021

We said the same about Paisami when Kerevi came along, so with the current depth if Perese is better then Ikitau, then so be it.

    Wallabies 2021

I would have used my Brumbies bias and picked him ahead of those ;) But seriously, I do rate him highly. I don't think he's actually 3rd choice hooker at the Brumbies either, he has had on and off injuries. So he would be ahead of Lonergan. And given the form or lack thereof for the rest of the...

    Wallabies v Japan, Oita - 23 October, 3:45pm AEDT

I have faith in McInerney, I always felt he should be first choice at the Brumbies (with Longeran to be developed over time). He's solid all round and throws straight.

I like it but swap Petaia for Perese.

How's Mogg been playing in Europe?

    Brumbies 2022

To make my previous post a bit clearer - I did not rate Foley as a great flyhalf, I feel he had a great running game but was limited in most other areas. He needed Beale inside him to make things happen, much like Noah may need Simone next to him.

    Brumbies 2022

I also worry about Noah's on field vision. I feel he is a young skillful player who has greatly benefited from being in teams that are already well structured, so he hasn't had to greatly execute leadership by telling players to get in position or setting-up plays etc. He has a nice running game...

    Wallabies 2021

I want to see Perese in a team that's not as shit as the Tahs. He'd be twice as damaging and that's a scary proposition.

    Brumbies 2022

What gives you that impression BR? I always thought Simone has a decent passing game but never really seemed to be on the level of a primary distributor in the backline. Same goes for his kicking game. I'd also worry about his leadership and game management. What have you seen that I havent?

Although Latu's last stint at RW19 was pretty darn good, couldn't ask for anything more than that.

    Wallabies 2021

Cooper would be the next leader and front runner to start each game.

BPA was okay, but Latu was one of our best in his last stint.

    Brumbies 2022

Absolutely, Noah proved he is a solid super XV 10 already.

    Wallabies 2021

Because he's better. He's good around the park and can throw a straight line out. Sorry, had to initiate my Brumbies bias and come to his defence ;)

    Wallabies 2021

I'm keen to see Kellaway at the back. I think he'd be the perfect fit, and even has something B.Smith about him.

    Wallabies 2021

It does. Maybe because none are stand-outs he plans to keep trailing them all until one performs.

    Wallabies 2021

I'll go a step further and say those two players are the primary key to us winning the last 3 games.

    TRC2021 - Wallabies v Pumas @ Townsville 25/09

I think the motivation is to bring back any solid wallaby playing overseas to have a look at him. The more depth the better. I don't think it's necessarily targeting positions we lack in depth, or vice versa. I think as a coach you go to say to every player overseas "i'd love for you to come...

    TRC2021 - Wallabies v Pumas @ Townsville 25/09

Yes he did, but still, that only takes you so far. A great player with probably the best leg drive in Aus (if he still has it), but if you think he's going to run straight at a Vermeulen and win that battle you're delusional.
