Often I think it will come down to what the players will be paid. They don't attract the best foreigners now because they don't offer them top money. Raising the number of foreigners in each team will not attract better players than the Aussies who are playing overseas, so I see no need to do it.

A world class coach is not required - just someone who isn't an idiot (even occasionally). The players available are good enough - just send them in the right direction FFS.

I think the Brumbies are a very good chance. The Stormers are very beatable - the Tahs didn't stretch them the way I hope the Brumbies will. 80 mins of focus in the forwards, and good organisation in the backs will do it.
