    Bulls vs Waratahs

Agree on all of those, and I would add that contesting (at least some) defensive lineouts (even if it is just Mowen being hoisted up at the front every time) has lots of big possible positives (win the ball clean, steal the ball in the air, give them poorer quality ball because they have to tap...

    Chiefs v Reds. Hamilton.

Re: Reds v Chiefs I agree with putting Turinui on the bench. I would prefer Ioane at 13 - where he played brilliantly last season.

G&GR Waratahs Player of the Match (v Bulls)

They really did, same again next week I hope.

    Force v Chiefs

Bartholomeusz was not good at all, I am very sorry to say - do they have any alternatives?

G&GR Brumbies Player of the Match (v Stormers)

Are the All Blacks Secretly Destroying the Wallabies?

I don't think Deans is screwing the Wallabies up deliberately - I'm sorry to say this is his best effort.

    Bulls vs Waratahs

It looks like they read quite a few of the pre game comments. I think I'll start a new thread to help them for next week. An improved performance, but still SO frustrating. They could have won that match. I hope TPN is OK. Breathe. Calm. Some good developments: attitude and urgency MUCH...

What do you make of this?

I guess there is nothing legally wrong with the ad? Have they used anyone's image, name or voice without permission? Have they used anyone's legal trademark without permission? Have they used any copyright material without permission? So sorry, but yellow jerseys, black jerseys, images of big...

    Bulls vs Waratahs

Well I guess he is trying something - maybe he plans on waiting till the Bulls are tired before bringing on the youth and attacking flair. Naturally how they play is still to be seen - hopefully differently.

Lets make our own G&GR Rebels wish list

I would hope that is a condition of their licence

    The number 7

Wow - literally a 'wing forward'.

What does everybody think about the law crackdown?

Re: Waratahs 2010 If the defender is not holding the carrier, he cannot release him. If he is holding the carrier but not the ball he cannot contest the ball without first releasing the initial hold. In both scenarios contesting the ball as soon as the tackle is effected is perfectly legal...

    Upping the foreign roster?

get everyone playing, then it won't be exclusive any more

    Bulls vs Waratahs

Ok riddler, sign me up - hesitant to change his line up?! Not at all? Not even a little bit? I hope he isn't too hesitant to change the way they have been playing, their approach, their attitude, tactics - does he realise they have been boring and losing?

    Bulls vs Waratahs

Waugh to the bench is a big call. Even if he isn't the best player for the position, dropping the captain could have a detrimental effect (who else is a real leader there?). I wouldn't go that far, but I like the rest of your line up. Whatever the team, the way they approach the game will be...

    The number 7

Gagger's analysis of where the Waratahs are going wrong made mention of Waugh being more a midget number 6 than a number 7. It got me wondering what their roles should be, what the differences are between a number 6 and number 7, and how the NRI (c) might affect them. Traditionally a number 7...

    Bulls vs Waratahs

Moving on from 'how much will the Bulls win by'... What would the Waratahs have to do differently in order to win this one? Quite a lot, is the short answer, but I don't like the idea of throwing my hands in the air and accepting that the Bulls are unstoppable and the Waratahs irredeemable...
