    QLD Premier Rugby 2011

I've been impressed with Brothers start this year. Massive win first up and then a decent win over Souths, who are no slouches. Anyone know much about the team and any new faces to keep an eye on?

Very involved, scored a try and quite a handful in attack.

He scored a great individual try at the Coast this arvo. Easts up 37-10. I heard GPS upset Uni, and Norths were flogged by the Bank. Not sure about the other games?

Any truth to the rumor that Chambers is off to the Bulldogs in the NRL next year?

Wingers for Easts were a young bloke, Mansell I think, very athletic and strong, but quite raw, ad Johnny Wilder, underrarted and elusive runner. Rounding out the back three was Aidan Toua who set up a try and scored a couple as well. There was a young winger for Suny coast who also caught the eye.

Canes v Reds at the Cake Tin - 2011R11

Haven't read all the posts, so not sure about everything has been said. Disappointed to lose, but not sure we deserved it. After that very early try I thought we were pretty ordinary in the first half, and the Canes weren't too bad. Cruden had a big game for them. I haven't seen a replay...

    QLD Premier Rugby 2011

As I mentioned on the tipping page, an interesting weekend of rugby. Very surprised to see Wests get that close, and hopefully it is a pointer that they will be a competitive side this year. Also surprised to see Souths getting that close to Uni. Admittedly Uni were without a multitude of rep...

You may be very close to the mark. I'm interested to see what pack turns out this week for the Reds.

I really hope he stays out West, that is where he is needed most.

    Reds 2011

Would not mind seeing some noticeable rotation for next weeks game. The Reds have just come through a very challenging three game bloc, and a few of those frontline players could do with a bit of a breather. Also gives the reserve players much needed game time should injuries become an issue...

    Reds vs Waratahs, 2011R10

Just wasted a fair bit of time trawling through the post game comments. Unfortunately the occasional fair comment has been well hidden by a lot of one eyed bullshit (both sides of the fence). I was at the game, and as ugly as it may have been to some, I was on the edge of my seat right to the...

    Reds vs Waratahs, 2011R10

It's funny how much influence Waugh seems to have on the team, despite the fact that he is an ageing warrior. Doesn't say that much about the rest of the leadership team. Never, ever confident going up against the Tah's. I hope form is the best indicator and the Reds rumble them, but the...

    Reds vs Bulls 2011R09

A little late to provide comment but I'm a very happy supporter after the win last Saturday. The Genia/Cooper show was brilliant, and players like Morahan and Ioane complemented their fine work well. Great committment and effort from the forwards as well. These guys are on a real roll at the...

    Reds vs Bulls 2011R09

I would have thought Holmes might be back in some capacity. I really do wonder if a few of the forwards need a rest soon. It will be a tough game I know, but rotation to date has shown that they are all up to the task if called upon. Unless he is the first choice kicker I still think Harris'...
