    Reds 2015

I'm happy to have a "reformed" JOC (James O'Connor) at the Reds next year, but KHunt, no bloody way! As my mate Richo (the dual-international), said months ago, he's too injury-prone, and his best is behind him. Fact: Hunt has played just one first-grade game this year for the Gold Coast Suns!!! @$1,000,000...

    Australia v South Africa - Perth - 6 September 2014

One 'not so subtle' difference between the Wallabies and the All Blacks: After drawing the Sydney match they could have lost, the ABs went back to NZ and "trained harder". After being flogged last Saturday night, the Wallabies will "mentally relax", with time-out to recover, according to captain...

    New Zealand v Australia - Auckland - 23 August 2014

Great, we are back to the Pan Pacs on the (my) Gold Coast. At least Australia will win something here!!

    New Zealand v Australia - Auckland - 23 August 2014

Shit, that's why we lost, our captain just said, of the ABs: "their foreplay was good"!! We had no 'foreplay', we just 'f#&ked up!!!

Mr Jarse, (or any of you Kiwi fans), when did Sir Ritchie last get two tries in a test match?

"Dead rubber" (as far as the BC is concerned) at Suncorp!

Will you "wallies" please stop banging on about the non-existent high-tackle on Izzy?!
  8. Mr Doug

    New Zealand v Australia - Auckland - 23 August 2014

Same old same old. Last week when Izzy was out of position, Beale (or anyone else), failed to drop back. It's happening again, and Hansen will have picked up on that!

Cyclo, so when 'non-losses' = undefeated, you're saying no one cares? Therefore, is there little significance in the fact that the Wallabies have been undefeated in 8 (or is it now 9) matches? Robbie would have cared!

I sense there are a few on board here who have never seen, or have conveniently forgotten, Latho's heroics over the years. Makes them the poorer for it.

So Cyclo, is it a record number of "non-losses", against a top-tier team then?

Australia v New Zealand - Sydney 16 Aug

Gnostic, it's about thinking on your feet, and making a quick decision. In the bad (low) pass scenario, Izzy took the wrong option. I'm a big fan of Falou, but he has still a lot to learn. Still 'green', and probably a much better dry-track performer.

    New Zealand v Australia - Auckland - 23 August 2014

What better venue at which to deny the All Blacks their record number of wins?!
  14. Mr Doug

Australia v New Zealand - Sydney 16 Aug

I'm getting sick of reading statements like "we should be happy to draw with the All Blacks". Fact is we could have and should have won it. Don't agree with Pfitzy, why think you can score a try in the last 3 minutes, when neither team could cross during the preceding 77 minutes! I place no...

Australia v New Zealand - Sydney 16 Aug

Folau has got a lot to learn before he can match it with the ABs, having a bad one tonight.

Australia v New Zealand - Sydney 16 Aug

It's still "all about New Zealand". Our National Anthem lasts 55 seconds. The New Zealand Anthem plus the Haka lasts 3 minutes 55 seconds! It's a joke, IRB.

"Conrad Smith will be back for the match"! Hansen on ABC 7:00 pm news.

Australia v New Zealand - Sydney 16 Aug

A suitable (and topical) two-line chant from our players when they approach Michael Hooper on the field after tomorrow's match would be: "O Captain! my Captain! our fearful trip is done, The ship has weather'd every rack, the prize we sought is won........." Obviously, the 'prize', will be a...

Australia v New Zealand - Sydney 16 Aug

I can feel the tension being emitted from this thread on my laptop, (from both sides), which is great, knowing that the All Blacks will run on thinking that they may be "about to lose this one"!
