I agree that a good, honest hard worker is an asset, but...you can't coach genius or brilliance. Coopers tackling deficiencies do worry me but there has to be a way for coaches to get him to do the other stuff regularly. It's not that he's incapable, he has shown from time to time that he is.

I think I read that Robinson played for a Sydney club on the weekend. Not sure how that works given his Reds ties?

What exactly is"ëxtended squad"? Is this players outside the 35 player main squad and academy structure who are warehoused by S15 franchises on a very modest earner and the promise of maybe breaking into the squad? Something like Beau Robinson was in Qld this year perhaps? If that's the case...
