Banks is more dynamic, can cover wing or fullback. They are both specialist wingers.
  4. Rugby Head

    Wallabies 2019 Thread

Absolutely.... Would much prefer seeing a player like Banks who will be around for years to come.

Does anyone know when the NRC squads are announced? The season kicks of next weekend?

    Think he is more a 6/ 8.

    Wallabies 2019 Thread

All 5 of those youngsters look very promising, I don't think we will or should even consider seeing them for atleast another two years in a gold jersey. Would be much more beneficial for their future if they can develop/ gain confidence and get some solid game time in at super rugby level. Think...

    Waratahs 2020

Here is an interesting proposition. Since Taqele Naiyaravoro left the tahs, we have lacked a big powerful winger who is a headache for our oppositions. I was reading the other day the Semi Radradra is interested in coming back to Australia as he prefers the lifestyle here compared to France...

Such a shame Rory Arnold is moving overseas after this season, he is coming into his own this year.

Wallabies vs All Blacks 10th August @Optus Stadium Perth

I am not too fussed. Think he will provide some more attacking threat at the breakdown, which we are lacking with Hooper and no Pocock. Although I do think he can provide more impact coming off the bench.

    They are correct.

    Shute Shield 2019

I personally think it's a great idea having a double header for the semi finals- should bring a bumper crowd and provide a great atmosphere for the day. The only thing that would make it fair would be if they had the games at a neutral venue, perhaps Brookvale Oval next year?

Saw the All Blacks vs Springboks play earlier, now at half time for the wallabies game. The drop in standard between these two games is huge!

I know it's club rugby, but looks like Pulu can find the try line and has serious pace.
  18. Rugby Head

    Wallabies 2019 Thread

Agreed. I would like to see Pulu in the backline, we need genuine pace out wide, which I don't think we had on the weekend.

    Wallabies 2019 Thread

He would have done a better job than DHP on the weekend... Believe Stander is South African born, uncapped and has been in Aus for a few years now.

Not many, maybe Stander, Davies and Alcock?
