    Wallabies 2020

Really not sold on Blyth. There are plenty of players I would be putting ahead of him for the Wallabies. Needs another 2 years of consistent Super Rugby before he gets the nod.

Anyone brave enough to name a potential All Blacks team for the Bledisloe at the end of the season (Hopefully). Here’s mine: Karl Tu’inukuafi Cody Taylor Atu Moli Sam Whitelock Scott Barrett Ardie Savea Sam Cane © Marino Mikaele Tu'u Aaron Smith Beauden Barrett Reiko Ioane Anton Linert...
  3. Rugby Head

    Rebels 2020

Too be honest, I don't see him as a loss to Aussie rugby. He is a pillow, he isn't up to super rugby standards. On the other hand, Lomax was a big loss....
  4. Rugby Head

    Brumbies 2020

Very unlikely to happen, but imagine if the Brumbies could sign Rodda. He is the last piece to the puzzle they need to have a complete squad.
  5. Rugby Head

    Waratahs 2020

Sad to see him go, but think it's the perfect time for him to move on, he's had his day in Aus rugby... Great opportunity for Jack Maddocks to take the reins at Fullback!
  6. Rugby Head

    Brumbies 2020

I think you'll find this has happened at a lucky time, don't think there will be any rugby for atleast a month...

Is Daugunu even eligible for selection?

    Wallabies 2020

    My Team: 1. Slipper 2. Faianga 3. Ala'alatoa 4. Phillip 5. Rodda 6. Samu 7. Hooper (C) 8. Naisarani 9. Nic White 10. Either of To'omua and O'Connor 11. Koribete 12. Either of To'omua and O'Connor 13. Kuridrani 14. DHP or Speight 15. Banks 16. Mafi 17. Sio 18. Tupou (Might even look to start him)...

Does anyone else agree that Du'Plessis Kirifi isn’t supporting his body weight 9/10 whenever he goes for a pilfer? To me, he has his elbows on the floor or knees resting on the tackled player every time.
  10. Rugby Head

    Wallabies 2020

Based on form, the pecking order would have to be Fainga'a, Rangi and then Mafi. Uselese has always shown potenial but seems to be a walking injury.
  11. Rugby Head

    Wallabies 2020

That would be my back row. If he is eligible and based on current form, he would get my nod over Gordon. For Powell, he has been behind the most dominant forward pack in Aus rugby this year, that is all. Louwrens cohesion with To'omua could be a factor, as I believe he will be our starting 10.
  12. Rugby Head

    Wallabies 2020

Well based on this, I would be adding/ subtracting the following: P: HJH (Harry Johnson-Holmes), Robertson H: Mafi or Rangi L: Say good bye to Simmons, add Phillips (Him/ Rodda should get the nod to start). Bring in either Luke Jones or one of the three youngsters (Hockings, Swain or Blyth) BR: Samu should be first...
  13. Rugby Head

    Waratahs 2020

Simmons and Staniforth are both absolutely useless.
  14. Rugby Head

    Rebels 2020

Is anyone else confused as to why Boyd Killingworth hasn’t been selected yet? Is he injured? My opinion is the rebels need a specialist 7 and that’s something they’ve been lacking over the past two weeks.

Wales are half a metre offside literally every single ruck- they get the royal treatment.

Fingers crossed that Petaia is fit to play on Saturday- will be great to see how he fairs at the national level.

Where was Tongan Thor/ Folau Fainga'a, have they fallen out of favour or are they injured?

    Wallabies 2019 Thread

Was thinking about it the other day, after this season, our fly half stocks are looking very grim. Losing the likes of lealiifano, Foley and Q Cooper, who are the starting 10s for 3/4 super rugby teams this season. So what is next, who are our options? The only real candidates I can name are...

    Waratahs 2020

https://www.canberratimes.com.au/story/6374007/brumbies-add-a-shute-shield-star-to-super-rugby-roster/ Really don't know how the Waratahs let Guy Porter slip through their hands? He is very talented and would have been a solid inclusion.....

    Waratahs 2020

Too be honest, I don't see any genuine second rower coming through the Tahs at the moment that would even remotely challenge Skelton for a jersey.
