    Where to for Super Rugby?

I said this a number of pages back but yeah, I'll say it again Can we just cut the Rebels and be done with it?! They aren't just bad for Australia but for the whole competition.

    Where to for Super Rugby?

The bulk of the ARU finances seem to come from the Wallabies and the international Tests right? If they pull out of SANZAAR then no more Rugby Championship Tests for them. No to mention how much worse the Wallaby team will be for playing amongst themselves instead of against the best in the...

French Rugby - This is rather amusing.

Off topic but - last year we had Joe Tomane come to our team prize-giving and do a Q&A sessions where he was asked about why he was going to France. While $$ was obviously a big deal, he talked about his desire to play centre, something he hadn't done at the Brumbies, and he was hoping to play a...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Can we just hurry up and cut the Rebels and be done with it?

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Yes - NZ derbies are physically hard and we have to play all the NZ teams twice. Unfortunately we don't get to play teams like the current Reds or Rebels or Force twice.

Super Rugby 2017: matches not involving Australian teams

I wouldn't say we were ribbed or anything - we had our chances to win the game and didn't take them but geez I was yelling at the ref a few times there. I think tye Highlanders def got the 'rub of the green' interms of a number of decisions and misses but then they made their own luck as well...

Super Rugby 2017: matches not involving Australian teams

Does the off side rule apply at all to the Highlanders?!

    Round 7: Hurricanes v Waratahs - Friday 5:30pm

Waiting for Shiggins to blame this on the refs

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Who are the 'heroes' of rugby in the Rebels that any one wants to emulate? And why can't they want to emulate players in the ACT or Waratahs or - heaven forbid - WALLABIES?! Choosing heroes from the Rebels is pretty slim pickings.

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Not asking the Rebels to win, just be competitive. I think the feeling right now is 'No'. We don't have 20yrs to spare them.

    Where to for Super Rugby?

    - maybe you won't get another team in Super Rugby down the track. I'd rather have 4 teams with a couple that are competitive than 5 teams that are all terrible. - I'm a bit confused. You want more overseas talent to make the Australian clubs competitive but you're also worried about losing players...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

OK, I don't get it. I don't get how leaving Super Rugby will make Australian rugby any better - particularly the Wallabies. 5 of the worst teams in Super Rugby this year (and 2-3 of the consistently worst teams in any given year) spreading themselves out even thinner to make 7-8 teams and playing against each...

Auckland Blues To Infinity and Beyond

I'm devastated. One of my favourite players and was pound-for-pound possibly the best Super Rugby player before he went to rugby purgatory eke the NH

    Concussions and Protecting Our Players

I'm not excited about these rule changes. While I understand what they are trying to do, I fear that it will take the big hitters out of the game. I'd hate to see rugby become like the NBA where it has become dominated by offence.

    Refereeing decisions

If a player is kicking towards the sideline and the ball hits the sideline the same way it did here, it's considered out so I think it's out. Pretty simple.

    Refereeing decisions

If a ball hits the sideline, it's considered as out-of-play isn't it? Given the wording of the law, if the ball or Kuridrani had hit the flag without hitting the actual sideline - try all day. The fact that he seems to ground the ball on the actual sideline makes it pretty dubious to me - no...

    November Internationals not involving Australia

About as much support as anything I've seen on Cane. Not to mention the high tackle on Barrett. The difference is Hansen is responding to the accusations of the All Blacks being dirty. It seems the 'invisible cloak' everyone claims the All Blacks have also works against them when they are on...

New Zealand v Wallabies, Eden Park, Sat 22nd October

I think Folau played pretty well on the weekend. No player is going to get a lot of opportunities against the ABs but how many half-breaks or little missed tackles did he create on attack. The problem is not one other Wallaby is looking to run off those. There are times where he seems desperate...
