Blues were bloody lucky. Their discipline is awful every week. Physicality was huge even if the error rate was too. Pickerall is just not a good ref. At least the competition is still alive after this weekend's results.

I can't actually believe the Canes brought back JGB to 10 and left Fletcher Smith out of the 23. Smith was very good last week and really energised the Canes attack I thought. JGB is like the 10 version of Ruru. Beaudy vs Coles part 2 - bring it on haha.

I get the sense Steve Tew moving on from NZR has been the catalyst for some change and new thinking. Mark Robinson seems far more open to new ideas. Tew was in the job a very long time and whilst from an All Black point of view was very successful - from a Super Rugby standpoint not so much.
