Yeh geez TT, I know you like to stir the pot but that's clutching at straws big time. Trying to imply GPS were 'lucky' to get the win because a pass may have gone forward in the first 20mins of the game when the score was 12-0. Nice try.

I won't rehash over what TT has written out (nice work) but yes it seems like any returning Reds won't really make an impact on how the season goes, unless it is part of a finals campaign. To get there, however, the guys currently playing need to do the work. The backline players GPS have at...

Was it last years Bros v GPS at Yoku where Damon Murphy had a can thrown at him from the Glue Factory? I'm sure none of those antics will happen again but the far side of the field will definitely be at full capacity with plenty of positive advice for the Brothers players ;)

I feel like its going to be a tough day at the office for your boys FilthRugby. GPS have been itching for their first home game for a while now and most teams (barring 1st grade) are coming off good wins. I'm not usually overly confident but I'm thinking a big day down at Yoku for the...

I think the problem with referees and scrum-time is they are afraid for a proper contest to happen. They know it is a hotly contentious subject and would rather make a decision early in the piece than let it play out. Also, at all levels, not just QPR, referees seem to be making assumptions on...

    Reds 2015

When done effectively, isolating and running at the outside shoulder can be far more effective than an 'unders' line as you aren't running back into the space with more forwards. Lots of teams are running wider patterns this season, the Reds just can't seem to do it effectively. I agree with...

Don't try and make out like Easts are getting some short straw here TT. You say they have had quite a few this season already. Its probably more of a discipline issue than the referees 'asserting their authority'. Not all refs are out to give Easts a hard time.

Fairly sure GPS managed a clean sweep of Wests today Prems-4th grade and all Colts. Finally getting things together at Yoku! Look out Filth next weekend in the first home game of the year!

The 'retired' GPS players from years previous Prem Reserve finally started making an appearance down at training last night. GPS should be rolling out some strong 2nd/3rd/4th grade sides the next few weeks which is good news as the lower grades have struggled lately.

    Reds 2015

I think this discussion needs to lean away from the whole 'Reds stuffed up by letting Lucas and Harris go, we now don't have a proper flyhalf' conversation which has saturated the last 2 pages. For whatever reason, those two aren't with the Reds and there was no way Reds management were to know...

    Reds 2015

Duncan P is running out for GPS on the weekend. As someone mentioned before he seems to have fallen way down the pecking order. Although, the Reds didn't bring Scott Gale on tour so taking Tuttle does give them a genuine backup for 9 as well as the ability to play fly-half.

The back end of a disaster season isn't the time to find a stop gap replacement at play maker. Unless they are seriously considering that Quade will be leaving and as such want to secure a play maker on a multi year contract.

    Reds 2015

Tuttle is also traditionally a 9 though. He happened to fit the bill for what GPS were looking for in a 10 last year and played very well. Not sure he's a S15 flyhalf though. If the decision comes down to whether the Reds play Frisby or Tuttle at 10, I'd still want Frisby to start there...

    Reds 2015

Genia leaving is probably the least surprising rugby related news I've heard this year. I'm just glad everyone finally knows that he actually is leaving, although I'm sure Reds management have known for a while. I hope Frisby starts getting some decent minutes now, even starting a few games...

Delayed games possibly to be delayed again due to the current rain??

I may be reading the vibes wrong down at GPS but no one seems to be in panic mode despite the losses in Prem Grade. As mentioned on here before, the Premiership window probably closed after the 2013-14 seasons. I would like to know how long Dammers is signed up for as it seems to me he's...

Is White really underrated though? He started most games for Bris City in NRC. Its a hard question to answer and very subjective.

    Reds 2015

Look at the bright side Scoey - guys like Kerevi, Kuridrani, Magnay, Frisby and Browning are all <25 and hopefully sticking around for a while. They'll be better after a season of adversity.

    Reds v Lions 7pm Friday 27th Mar

Only selections I'm not a fan of are McDuling and Schatz. McDuling hasn't been able to bring his NRC form up to the next level and Schatz has been his usual self all season, providing nothing special. Would have preferred to see them start a specialist 7 in Gunn and move Browning to 8.
