A work rate we haven’t seen in a couple of years. Love it

What on earth compelled them to use the Ghost of McKellars Past over his right shoulder Edit: Oh fuck, I've just noticed the top right image

Quite liking the coaching landscape that has been built across the country over the last 6-12mo.

    Refereeing decisions

I think it speaks more to the empowerment of touchies to make these sorts of calls tbh

It's a pretty mobile forward pack to my eyes - I was thinking we'd see a faster paced game tbh

    Wallabies v Wales, 6 July

Yeah I was pretty surprised to see his name on the QPR list given the reasoning

    Refereeing decisions

I'd argue better in many instances - having the full picture of a scrum is why so many watching the broadcast reckon they've picked up on things the ref hasn't imo.

Smith played every game this season and averaged 71 minutes. If a player is seen to be cooked from a season of high workload, then they're probably not going to be able to perform at their best. I don't hate it tbh, and hopefully it means we'll see him get a run further into the season.

Not if it suits their plan to have him burn bright and fast

Still can't find it, but regardless, I'm hoping you're right. I think it's pretty telling that he's done very little (if any?) media, including featuring on Wallabies' socials, when he's usually one of the faces of the game. Fingers crossed that means he's head down and getting to work.

Which photo? I had a quick look and think the only one of him over the last few weeks he's wearing the oversized 49ers jersey - not sure that's a great reference point

It's pretty likely that McDermott, Lynagh, Paisami, Flook with be the finishing halves and centres pairings
