    Reds v Waratahs, round 19 2014

Beale to fullback, Horne to 12? Or is Crawford going straight in at 15?

    Sydney Subbies 2014

Some interesting results in Division 4 this weekend, none more so than Blacktown beating Redfield. Irish gave Redfield a relative scare last week so was interesting to see Blacktown get over them. Big game next week with Irish away to Blacktown, all games are pretty much must win for Irish but a...

    Waratahs 2015

Reports from Midi Olympic in France are suggesting that Cheika is looking at taking an international job in Europe after the World Cup, Italy are apparently the front runners at this stage.
  11. JSRF10

Waratahs v Highlanders Sun 6th July @ the SFS

No guessing what kind of game we'll play with virtually a whole pack to come on, a tactic Cheika picked up in France no doubt. Hopefully as BH said Hooper gets a good rest if we get up, I'd like to see Palu and TPN get the hook as well if we have a good lead. That said heres hoping there...

    Waratahs 2014

I assume that NRC coaches may stop some of their key players going. Could end up being just an academy selection Sent from my GT-I9305T using Tapatalk

    Northern Hemisphere Rugby Season 14/15

Ex Ireland and Lions flanker Simon Easterby is to be Irelands new forwards coach. Not sure how I feel about this the Scarlets have been one of the worst forward packs in Europe in recent years http://www.independent.ie/sport/rugby/schmidt-lines-up-easterby-as-plumtree-replacement-30399810.html

Waratahs v Brumbies 28th June ANZ Stadium

Maybe physical was hyperbole but he certainly is making his covering tackles this season

Waratahs v Brumbies 28th June ANZ Stadium

Hurricanes tried that unsuccessful a couple of times IIRC, with a physical half back like Phipps and a quick flanker like Hooper you can compensate for Beale's lack of defensive ability even with a big blindside to defend.

The success of League players in Rugby Union

Maybe not a good thing as it is impacting on young Scots playing regular high level rugby, their national teams performances recently would certainly suggest this

Waratahs v Brumbies 28th June ANZ Stadium

He'd drive you to drink with his showmanship using the TMO sometimes. Can't stand him always tries to make the game the Steve Walsh show but off the top of my head the Tahs have a decent record when he is reffing over the past few years. 40,000 is a bit optimistic surely. I'd be pleasantly...
  18. JSRF10

Waratahs v Brumbies 28th June ANZ Stadium

Would have preferred Skelton starting and Palu coming off the bench, still the Brumbies won't be happy about getting bashed for 50 minutes then seeing the big man trot on. Is Steve Walsh the ref? This means we are guaranteed for him to take centre stage for 5 minutes while he makes a routine...
  19. JSRF10

Waratahs v Brumbies 28th June ANZ Stadium

Brumbies line out should be ripe for steals with Holmes throwing in. I'd agree in holding Palu back as well, let Dennis and Douglas pick the Brumbies line out to pieces then bring Cliffy on to smash them in the lats 20 minutes.

There probably should be but I don't think that the Scottish and Italian turkeys would vote for Christmas Sent from my GT-I9305T using Tapatalk
