    Northern Hemisphere Rugby Season 14/15

Ireland have a serious propping crisis, it will be good to see what our depth is like ahead of the World Cup but I fear it will be costly against South Africa. Either Archer or Ah You will have to step up big time. Makes the debate about the 13 jersey pale into insignificance really.

    RWC 2015

Was lucky enough to get two tickets to Ireland's games against Italy and France can't wait!

    Non-Wallaby November Internationals

Adam Jones is finished, he's been shocking since the new scrummaging laws came in. Wales will be worried their whole game depends on a strong set piece and now they are relying on the Scarlets tight head. Surprised that Paddy Jackson has been left out. Ian Madigan is obviously in there as...

    Northern Hemisphere Rugby Season 14/15

Nothing would give me greater pleasure than to see Saracens get a hammering. Apparently their board complained to the Ulster Branch after last years quarter final about the behavior of their crowd...wankers

    Wallabies Positivity Thread . .

Avoid Templebar and any pub owned by current Leinster players then you'll have a great time and not get ripped off!

    Wallabies Positivity Thread . .

The Wallabies will have this fine potato muncher cheering them on in Brisbane (or whatever kind of noise I make after a day on the beer)

    EOYT 2014

No one has really stood out so far, Schmidt seems to be pushing Payne or Henshaw as his preferred options at this stage. We've seen a few other options show their potential (Stuart Olding in particular) so far in the Pro 12 but there hasn't been anyone dominating game after game. D'Arcy is...

    EOYT 2014

I'd say SOB and Healys work will be split among McGrath/Cronin, Best, Ruddock and Heaslip. All of those are massive steps down and its a real worry for us leading into the EOYT games.

    EOYT 2014

Wales have been in free fall since then, the form of some crucial players in Gatlandball have fallen off a cliff as well. They are usually pretty vulnerable in their first game of a series. Ireland have a lot of injuries in the pack and are clueless as to who should replace BOD. I'd be backing...

Provinces never look in good shape at this time of the season. I'd judge them after the first round of Heineken Cup games Sent from my GT-I9305T using Tapatalk

    Northern Hemisphere Rugby Season 14/15

Payne right now is probably in line to get the 23 jersey however if Luke Fitzgerald gets back to full fitness he covers more positions. Madigan is developing as a 12 it suits his skillset but occasionally gets caught out defensively. Personally I'd like to see him at ten for Leinster but it...

    Northern Hemisphere Rugby Season 14/15

Slow work day so I thought I'd so a quick summary of how the various NH teams are looking a year out from the World Cup England Currently talking themselves up and their media are in a spin about their prospects in reality I'd put them behind the All Blacks and the Boks. Their scrum has been...

    Northern Hemisphere Rugby Season 14/15

Munster aren't helped by the fact that they've appointed an old boys club to their management team. They've very little depth in key positions in the pack and at 9. They'll have a similar season to last year I think struggle in the league (but qualify for the You Won't Believe Its Not The...

    Northern Hemisphere Rugby Season 14/15

I'm sure they'd love to have it but it would be a tough sell politically in the UK because the chavballers would be getting it too Sent from my GT-I9305T using Tapatalk

    Northern Hemisphere Rugby Season 14/15

Not really comparable if you just take the IRFU offer, but if you factor in that Leinster and a 3rd party are topping it up and the increased sponsorship deals he'll be able to command AND the Irish tax back laws (he'll get 40% of his tax paid at retirement) I'd say he'd be more than breaking even.

    Northern Hemisphere Rugby Season 14/15

Gerry Thornley has all but confirmed it. Apparently there are top ups to the IRFU deal from both Leinster and 3rd parties. As for the PRL a fight with the RFU isn't one they'll win. Hopefully the rfu have the stones and put them back in their box Sent from my GT-I9305T using Tapatalk

    Sydney Subbies 2014

@Tommy Tudehope how are Redfield looking for this weekend? I assume after last years muggings on finals day everyone would be pretty clued in and pumped! Going to be 3 massive games for you blokes, all of which could go either way

    Sydney Subbies 2014

It was fine on Saturday the pitch seemed in decent condition seeing as it was at the end of the season.

    Payten calls for Golden Point

If this was introduced he'd then complain that teams spend 10 minutes going for a drop goal. Maybe after that the problem could be there is too many players on the field and we need to drop two forwards to create more space. To sum up: terrible idea
