one game against a middling Currie Cup team is enough to get him from nowhere into the Wallabies?

    Wallabies 2024

Agreed, so just name McReight captain and get the team around him The picking a captain out of a cereal box method Joe has been employing makes us look bush League IMO

    Wallabies 2024

So they cant decide on a captain until they get better at tackling?

    Wallabies 2024

Name one successful team that didn't know who their captain was

    Does Joe have commitment issues?

Harry Potter played precisely zero games in the midfield this year

    Wallabies 2024

So is the Currie Cup, and yet 1 good game vs one of their teams and Harry Potter has leapfrogged everyone

    Wallabies 2024

Great? He’s ok, but was apart of a Force team screaming out for better outside backs this year

    Wallabies 2024

Because it’s the best football he’s ever played, and he specifically mentions the halfback as having been a major influence He talks as if it’s something he’s never really had, which would explain his inconsistency for the Tahs

Learning more from Bryn Hall than from Jake Gordon is bloody grim from an Aussie point of view

Harry Potter getting capped for the Wallabies before Corey Toole would be the most ludicrous thing in the history of rugby

He was targeted on defense during the Rugby Championship. He was caught out quite a bit being too slow laterally

The term "small sample size" comes to mind Along with the fact Sotutu has never started a test against South Africa and was never apart of a forward pack so devoid of ball running options so you are comparing apples with oranges Sititi may be great, but we all know the only reason Sotutu...

Care to elaborate? As I'd have Fardy as a better lineout forward, better link player, better over the ball, better laterally in defense

All Blacks & All Blacks XV EOYT 2024

Sititi has only played 1 test against South Africa, and he played well. His other 2 starts were against Australia so they don't count

All Blacks & All Blacks XV EOYT 2024

If that's the qualification then it's a bit harsh on Sotutu as he's never played Ireland and only has 1 appearance off the bench vs South Africa (in an AB's win)

And we were a bad refs call from being knocked out in the QF in 2015

    Does he?

    Wallabies 2024

It's a chicken & egg scenario though. Who was saying England had great cattle after they were dropped out in the Pool stages of the World cup? Who was saying South Africa had great cattle when they got whooped 57-0 against the All Blacks At some point, coaches need to make a tangible difference...
