Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

I just realised how Eddie came up with his game plan to beat the Wallabies - he simply watched the Tahs vs Highlanders semi from last year where Cheika was out coached and Foley struggled under pressure.

I think there is way too much talk of Quade coming back into the wallabies. At this stage I'm not even sure I want him back in the Reds let alone Wallabies. He has a lot to prove to get picked for an international again.

While I don't agree with BR with respect to Horne, the other two at least are the symptoms of why we lost 3-0. They are symptoms of the cause being either a) poor selections that aren't well thought through or b) a coach that is just trialling players with less emphasis on winning the game. And...

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

It was clear they played better. The question then goes to - why do you think they played better?

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Yep saw it at the time and you are right - some dodgy calls and plays be the refs went against us. Moore definitely reacted to the touchie 'pushing' (more of a touch than a push) him. I think those two incidents should garner apologies from the refs. One was simply ignoring the laws and the...

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Yeah. It would be a real surprise if a midfield similar to Nonu and Smith worked wouldn't it. But if you think we are in a good place to beat the all blacks then go stick your head back in the sand and think happy thoughts. I'm sure you did the same after our appalling performance due to basic...

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Oh the typical - you're on a forum you can't have a valid opinion response. I don't remember throwing any stones at players - I was talking about a coach that has recognised problems or if he has he either hasn't tried to or been unable to fix them. If you are happy with the level of coaching...

9 Genia 10 To'omua 11 Tomane 12 Kerevi 13 Giteau 14 DHP 15 Folau Giteau and Kerevi to swap for different plays. DHP to take care of the clearing kicks.

You are happy that we just 'address' the tactical kicking before the next game then? Don't think it should have been a concern before now and that we clearly had no plan to address it if Foley went to shit except 'keep trying boys it will work one day'.

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

The two longest kickers in the 23 are DHP and Frisby. One of them had no tactics around getting him involved and the other didn't even get on the pitch. It is so simple it really is hard to believe how the coaches haven't thought about it more.

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Hard to see what they are going to address. 'Look boys you've got to kick it out' How do they not know that already? How does Cheika keep Foley on in a situation where he completely screwed up at least 5 kicks?

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Because we have a coach that is hell bent on trialling people in each position except he won't change his underperforming favourites. It is completely incomprehensible that he wouldn't sub at least one of Phipps or Foley today while he managed to try every man and his dog in props and second...

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Owens never gave a decision our way, Foley had a shocker with the boot and Phipps was slow and inaccurate. But there is one man more than any that lost that game for the Wallabies and his name is Michael Cheika. - picked a second rower that didn't deserve it on form and isn't fit enough to...

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Owen Penalty to England even though they gave away two in that ruck. 1 holding on 2 entering ruck at an ankle That was such a bad decision it makes me wonder about his betting accounts.

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

I'm sorry but not only will Phipps and Foley be the main reasons if we lose but we will have learnt nothing for the RC if we don't try the alternatives.

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Why aren't we using DHP for clearance kicks?

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

How bad do Foley and Phipps need to play to get subbed. Bloody Cheika has lost the plot completely. It is almost like he wants to lose.

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Again Owen gets the call wrong. Clearly the wallabies are disadvantaged by the ball hitting the wire. It went from an uncontestedable kick to one that dropped down well within their reach. Joke non call there.

Wallabies vs England, Sydney, 3rd Test, 25 June @ 8:00pm

Generally Owens has been good but for Australia to be penalised in the scrum for collapsing and then when England collapses under pressure on their own ball only for him to allow play to go on is a bit of a joke. I reckon we would have gone close to two tight heads if they had been made to...

Phipps is having another bad game. Cheika needs to take a gamble and take him off earlier this time. He is really halting our attack.
