    England v Wallabies, Twickenham, Sun 10th Nov 2:10AEDT / 1:10AEST

I probably agree. But if we look back not too far Maddocks has come out publicly and said throwing him in too early did him no favours. On the flip side O’Connor was thrown in young and looked absolutely at home from the outset (on the field). My point is while I think most players benefit...

    England v Wallabies, Twickenham, Sun 10th Nov 2:10AEDT / 1:10AEST

From all reports Sua'ali'i’i is more mature & composed than your average young footballer. I thought last years disaster with Gordon showed exactly the perils of throwing players in to early but, some have it at that age and the vast majority of reports I’ve read about Sua'ali'i’i is that he is a...

    England v Wallabies, Twickenham, Sun 10th Nov 2:10AEDT / 1:10AEST

Not sure you’ll like the latest. Christy Doran now saying Sua’ali’i might be starting at 13. Not clear on other positions but speculating that Ikiatau will be at 12.

I also suspect they’ll continue to start JTA or at least alternate he and Nonggorr

    Queensland Reds 2025

I thought Aubrey looked very sharp in the game today. Bounced out of a few tackles and showed good speed. Still has a few in front of him I suspect but given he’s only 21 hopefully he can start really pressing for a spot this year.

Smith starts in place of Canham for me and Flook starts at 13.

    Wallabies 2024

I’m a big fan of Salakai-Loto and very glad to see him back at the Reds. But I do think he is inconsistent and it has always frustrated me. And I think he has been particularly inconsistent at test level. He has some really good moments but I think we should expect much more from him. Also has...

So Regional Qld isn’t recognised by the internet yet???

    Queensland Reds 2025

His body has been failing him, but he was very impressive in the final stages of QPR. His ability to read play and set up guys around him is still better than most Aussie backs. Not as quick as he was though. From what I heard he was excellent for the young guys in the squad in terms of their...

    Brumbies 2025

If something happens to Slipper & Ala'alatoa it becomes more dire. But while those two are fit at least you have two vastly experienced and capable props. Also the Brumbies have time to bring a number of options into the squad and get them up to speed with systems. The Tahs were parachuting guys...

    Brumbies 2025

That was my thought to - although at least in Slipper & Ala'alatoa they have quality. It is quantity that is the issue. Hopefully the lead team provides a good window to bring in some solid options.

Am I correct that all 4 of these guys had significant injury issues this year as well?

    Queensland Reds 2025

I thought he took a significant pay cut to stay in rugby at last contract extension. With regards to going back to league he simply isn’t the same player he was. Sadly he did his hammys not long after coming to rugby and, for whatever reason has never been the same. Although I do remember...

    Wallabies 2024

I get the logic - but if you look at OS teams I think they are happy to back their own player assessments models and their ability to develop talent regardless of whether or not a player is a Wallaby. There are also some differences in style which make some players more attractive to French...

    Wallabies 2024

I can sympathise. Every game I ever lost was because of the f@@@ing backs!!!!!

    Wallabies 2024

I’d guess most, if not all, that are still on here have played the game. Everything you say about the forwards can be true and our halves can still be letting us down. It’s still (IMO) a perfectly valid criticism. Whilst it might be true that forwards lay the platform you can have the best pack...

Does it seem weird that the forwards seem to be listed in position order but Max Craig is listed with the backrowers?
