No arms in that tackle from Beale. Just threw his body. Wonder what they will rule?

I reckon he was in touch prior to the grounding. So the Beale tackle rule will be critical.

And they ignore the Beale tackle.

Did a Tahs player fall the wrong way on a ruck, knock the ball, and Hoffman ignore that as the reason the ball went out? A Sharks player, on the ground, they dives on the ball, another penalty. Hoffman then finds a Sharks knock on. Comical.

It was a poor tackle, but his hand made first contact. So technically, there was an arm in it. Although I'm not sure he tried to use his arms, per se.

His left side (facing his own tryline) hits with his left arm cocked by his side. His right arm comes across initially then goes back. A half hearted attempt from the opposite arm from the likely "shoulder charge" side doesn't constitute an attempt to use arms, in my opinion.

Anyway, it's done.

Ryan not supporting his own weight, but the Sharks player was isolated. Those normally go against the attacking team, so that one wasn't too bad from Hoffman.

Lucky bounce. Meat pie for Foley. Converted. Score flatters Tahs.

33 Tahs Shorks 18 as the Hoff calls for No Game.

No Bonus points for anyone. Sharks dudded and should have been much closer on the scoreboard.

Sharks drop the ball, Foley grubbers, scoops it up and runs 50m untouched to the line.

Except Ryan never released the ball carrier, so two infringements against him.

What a shocking game of rugby. Turnovers galore, very poor attack by both sides and the worst reffing performance this year.

33 - 18 with just the kick off to go. 3 tries to the Tahs, so no bonus point so far.

Taqele goes over the touchline as the Tahs just run across field and it's game over.

If you ignore the reffing, which was just appalling, the Tahs forwards dominated in contact for the first 50m or so, which probably won them the game. Sharks were better at scrum time but their lineout was a mess in the second half.

Foley had a great game for his running, but he also his a few errors and Beale just failed to set the backline alight with all the space they had.
