I enjoy World Cup years because you just pick whoever is the best and don’t worry about this building for the future stuff. If Hunt is our best 12 then pick him at 12 regardless of his age and history.

Yeah but is Hunt better than Kerevi? Kerevi's primary weakness was his defence, which has improved and his positioning is not as exposed at 12.

I guess we'll see huh.

That’s some backline they’re starting to build! Paddy Jackson, for all the recent controversy, is a very handy 10. With Phipps inside him, Rona hanging off his hip somewhere and the potential Coleman signing coming soon I can see them pushing for titles when they are promoted to top flight Premiership rugby again.
