If I recall correctly, the Wallaby scrum had it over the Boks in the first half, winning two penalties. Are you suggesting the Bok scrum is only CC 1st division level? Maybe they just didn’t have enough water boys on the field to assist the engagement…

I can sympathise with the ref for not taking this further and actually start blowing penalties for medics and runners going onto the field.

They would hope warnings would decrease the problem.

Off-field Officials (No4 and No5) should be policing this.
