Ever since Link. He reckons they lose a bit of concentration/energy in the sheds. Keeping them on the field reminds them they're 'in' the match and focussed. Well according to him.

Remember the fades under Robbie Deans after coming out of the shed. I think this is to prevent that again. I like it.
