Wow and also going by the match program, Cau Cau has scored 10 tries in 7 tests. Pretty good strike rate but I can't believe he has only played 7 tests, what a crime.

Well a lot of the Kiwis reckon he would have played a stack of 'em for the ABs if he'd been allowed. Probably right, and they might have kept him on track better. One of my favourite players to watch - some of his work at RWC 2003 was freakish stuff.

If you look at the picture of Cau Cau in Noddy's match program, you can really see how low he runs compared to Digby, very easy to change direction and harder for him to fall over.

Fair point by I daresay he is either just taking off or accelerating somewhat in that picture. I doubt he runs that low in his normal running motion.

look at the 03 RWC alone. 2 tries v France and 2 v Scotland. No dopes in the rugby world.

apparently this is the first time since 2002 that the Wallaby team hasnt had a league convert in it..

If you ignore Elsom

Last night I watched the 2003 S12 game Blues vs Crusaders. Rupeni was awesome. If he gets any decent ball then Rob should "be afraid, be very afraid"

I somehow doubt Caucau will be anywhere near his imperious best but it would be good to see. Like others I saw him at the 2003 World Cup, and he was absolutely awesome...probably the best winger I have seen play the game. I agree with the poster who said him and Campese in a best ever World XV.

Cau Cau in 03 was awesome. He would struggle to make a best ever world xv for the simple reason that he only really had 1-2 years of brilliance before he went off the rails.
Springing to my mind was the brilliant solo efforts in the 03 world cup against france and scotland where he bamboozled the defenders, the entire crowd absolutely captivated by his footwardk as he tapdanced down the side line. Poetry in motion.

Built like a sports car that has been lowered to increase handling rather than a 4WD like Nathan Sharpe who trips on his own tread.

Do it! It's a nice sunny day which means it will be cold tonight so bring a warm jacket but there will be at least 15,000 others out there

Took us a bit over 3 two weeks ago, depends if you stop at Pheasants Nest for a dodgy sausage roll

One would have to think that if Campese Maafu, who is currently playing club rugby in Australia, plays well tonight and has a respectable performance against the wallaby scrum, that he would be a certainty to attain some sort of super contract.

G'day fellas. New to the site, looking forward to an interesting game tonight, if not a typical test match, at the very least a running game from the Wallabies.

Cooper well deserves his selection; let's hope Burgess finds his midriff with some of his passes. Good luck to Kurtley at FB; I'm hoping he makes it his own over time.

Game starts 7.30 or 8 actually? Got to run to a nearby pub when it opens at 11am local time so that's 8pm Oz time....
