In the last 20 years, I'm struggling to think who fits this bill outside of Eddie Jones and Cheika.

With such a small sample pool, you could make an argument that, its not an Australian coach issue, but coaches who come out of Randwick!

I disliked Randwick when I was playing, not a lot of fun in their clubhouse compared to the others, but you had to admire their coaches. I think A. Jones coached Manly first, McQueen Tahs and Brumbies. Randwick was great fun on the rare occasion we beat them.
