Wallabies 2025 Spring Tour

Ken Catchpole (46)
Our last Wallabies squad included O'Connor and Stewart so I think there's a reasonable chance Burey will be named in the main squad.

That squad had 15 backs. If we named 16?

Gordon, Lonergan, Thomas
Edmed, Lynagh, Gordon
Ikitau, Paisami, Sua'ali'i
Jorgensen, Daugunu, Kellaway, Potter, Toole, Pietsch, Burey

I would assume Kellaway and Pietsch are both right to return.
Roar reported that Burey isn't expected to be named in the Wallabies

Not to defend Doran, who has gotten significantly worse the last year or two, but I think you're letting Tony Harper off the hook there.

It was that little bit of optimism in me that thought there’s no way some of those articles could’ve gone through a proper editorial process and been approved…

He also writes about players being “sensationally dropped” in the article sans caps before he gets the correct information so he can be first or “EXCLUSIVE,” and then goes back and edits his articles for accuracy…

But yes, he’s great for gossip but a terrible journalist… probably that NewsCorp training.

In fact, based on the lack of any sub editing process it’s likely he is writing his own headlines like some other smaller news organisations…
The other thing he does is start every fifth sentence or so with: “Indeed…”

Have a look, you’ll see it everywhere in his articles now!

Overall I do actually like Christy though. The more journos writing about rugby the better.

To their credit they put a spotlight on rugby where other publications are shrinking their coverage…

But when they get into any analysis or editorial opinion…. Fuuuuuuuuucking hell.

Haha to be fair he was on the James O’Connor train from the start of the year

Remember the hysteria around Marky Mark (Nawaqanitawase) (Nawaqanitawase), Gordon and Petaia all leaving. Looks like rugby actually did a good job of maintaining a relationship with 2/3 back in rugby and the 3rd talking about how keen he is to come back.
Jordie heard Carter and Marky Mark (Nawaqanitawase) were signing with the Reds and wanted to be apart of the Super Rugby title with Wilso, Fraser, Tate, Filipo, Josh, Zane, LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) and the lads.
