They are good but certainly not on the level of the Boks. Maybe somewhere in between them and Wales. Hopefully JS will let them play a more expansive game. If we can notch a win or two it would be great. Either way, once again looking for measurable improvement.

Its a marginal squad position so I don't think its a huge deal but yeah bit weird Hodgeman wasn't the next option.

Schmidt has worked with him at the Blues. He would know better than any of us. It has to be said he was bought in to help Leon out.

I think Leon Macdonald would really help our attack, as a lot of our players aren't that experienced at international level and he will bring a bit more spark to them
